You don't fill the new oil filter with oil before fitting it to the engine? This helps the oil filter obsorb the oil into it's fins. Also stops having variable oil levels on the dip stick while oil is settling.

Living with strict smog laws in California this is what a lot of enthusiasts do because companies are not allowed to ship performance parts here. 😢 Btw by cutting out the bottom you're getting cold air. 👍

I’m so late to this but I just got a 2012 MZ3 as a daily and it doesn’t have fog lights and I find the stock halogens to be crazy weak so, I’m upgrading the low beams to HID’s since I think it’s the best for projectors and I’ll add fog lights and the best thing I thought is to get a H11 adapter for the low beams that goes from single to dual and then plug the fog lights into that, the only downside would be that every time you turn the low beams on theres no way to turn the fogs off but oh well, I don’t mind + it’s super easy to do

Question I’ve heard of some people swapping the stock 16” wheels for cx-7 18” wheels, do you know what a good tire size would be for that?

I have a 2015 Mazda3 S GT that's just about to hit 100k and i love it so much, so far the only mods I've done is flashing the car firmware so i can use the factory wireless carplay (after I bought the module on amazon) and installing dynamat on my floors / hatch / door panels. What a great car!

Thank you!!! With this video on where to run the wires, and watching another video to remove the hub with some hook picks and breaking the clips, I saved sooo much time and effort on my 2016 3 and didn’t have to remove one bit of the centre console.

Why would you remove the rear wiper?

Dodge resonators work on a similar principle just using baffles instead.

That's such a clean Mazda 3 mod. These cars are gonna be classics in 10 years. So reliable and fun to drive, and design still looks pretty modern today

Got a Mazda 3 GT 2014 about 3 months ago, spent 4000$ on the car, engine died out, bearings, misfires, sprakplugs plugs, oil changes and all kinds of things it felt like the car is dying. But, after seeing all the positive reviews I’m thinking of buying another one but with doing a thorough inspection before. Do you think that I’m just unlucky or are they all like that? Mine had a pushed back odometer showing 150k but Carfax shows 330K KM, big difference I think that’s why it died on me.
