If its n/a theres no need to upgrade fuel pump unless its giving you problems or gave out. Factory fp can handle a bit extra n/a hp.

Trippin. Cheers man. These videos are infinite. As time goes on and our kids grow up and these are their first cars, we the parents, need these banks of knowledge as guides. I have gone through a load of your M3 library to help our son build and rebuild his speed 3. In 5 years the cycle will begin again and your vids will hopefully still be here for the next tuners and builders.

welp, ive found the next job im doing for my mazda!, mine is a base trim skyactiv, that claims 150hp on paper, but after weight reduction it feels more like 270(i know its no different, but small cars really have a way of fooling you once you get to sub 2300lb weights), this should help with my awful on-pavement launches! although i can get good burnouts still if i simply floor it in first after takeoff rather than dumping my clutch pedal.

Here is a tip from an old timer: Pipes have turbulance in them at set intervals (pulses); those pulses, if the pipes are trimmed correctly, can either increase or decrease top speed and affects horsepower. By painting the pipe (I know, we spend a lot of money on systems) with say, a white latex paint, you can see where the pulses start and end. By trimming the length of the end of the pipe just before or just after the next burn marks, you can increase HP and top speeds. (Then clean up your pretty stainless exhaust). And remember : Some back pressure helps too, but that's another chapter.
