I live in Jacksonville. Chamblains book mine is a treasure trove !!! After watching other thrift shoppers on You Tube in other states: mainly PA and Oregon, our Goodwills can't compare. But there are other thrift stores and antique shops here that are amazing. Sadly, thrift stores have really raised their prices to an almost retail price or sometimes higher . I still love the treasure hunt though. Yard sales are fun too.

I love shopping along with you . We like the same things. I will pray for your daughter and your family. God will be with you and take care of you through this. He is good.

Hello my sweet friend! So good to see you! I loved those 2 striped arm chairs at 2:57! I don't know why i have such a thing for chairs! I love picking up old wood side chairs or side chairs with upholstery, kids chairs, just old chairs.. to sit around my home for decor & function. Well function sometimes Lol😄 I'm The same with any foot stools, little stools & bar type stools. I guess that covers any type of small chair or stool!🤷‍♀️LOL I loved the old set of multi-colored transferware!❤ Those & the teal are like my second fav, after purple, as far as transferware goes. Of course I loved the Victorian art prints!❤ I can't ever find the thermoses!🫤 Ohhh my what a gorgeous display of clocks!😮 I would love to ad more to my mantle clock collection..i see some beauties! Wow never seen a scrubber crock, how cool! Oh my goodness.. that old vintage cabinet was gorgeous!❤ Mmm that quilt was stunning!! I'd almost pay up for that one! It was so detailed! Definitely could be used in place of A comforter or duvet. I really liked the green bowl & love green transferware too!💚 I don't really pick up pillows unless they're special.. the white lace one with birds was pretty special!😉 I'm looking for a table scale, loved that one at 13:00! Love the rusty, crustiness of it!🤎 You know i love anything handstitched, i love turtles too.. the friendship piece with the mouse & turtle was sweet.🐀🐢 I don't really do chickens, except for the hen on nest, but that tiny green chicken, which I'm guessing was a toothpick holder, was so cute! I love sheep, loved the one on the block🐑 I really want to collect some more pieces of the old enamel ware with the red stripe, especially looking for the chamber pot with lid! That was A great price on that bowl! Every time i find any, is pricey!🫤 Ohhh the green jug/cooler! Wowww so many amazing treasures! Ughh I should have gone while i was in TN!😟 The cow is sweet g that little butter churn is so pretty! Something that's on my wish/want list!😁 Always love shopping & spending time with you! Thanks for taking us along! I pray to have a blessed upcoming weekend!🙏🏻

Hi Melissa It’s good to see you. I love the little cow creamer. I use the little crocks to put utensils, but would be great for flowers too. I did love that big quilt. I did not think that was a bad price. The one thing I see that is relatively inexpensive is cross stitch pieces. I know someone spent hours doing a piece. I too, don’t just shop to be shopping anymore. I used to do that with clothes. I use to buy clearance items. I did not have something to pare with the item and half the time I never wore it. We still go to estate sales , but we have a limit, unless it is something we really need. I do buy gifts , if I see something someone would want . Thanks Melissa nice shopping with you. ❤❤❤❤

I do challenges to my self as well. I will go yard sale hopping and set an amount for the day. Once it is met, I am done. Thrifting shops as well same thing. Love it. Delft ware Milk (cow) pitcher is Awesome and a steal!!

I LOVE Chamblin Book Mine. Go there all the time! My favorite thrift store is the goodwill out at Fernandina Beach. It's a good one! Btw, best dog I ever had the fortune of owning was my much loved Irish. Her name was Brandywine. 🩷🙂

I just watched your video. I also love the blue and white dishes. I have several different styles but my favorite is my entire set of Lochs of Scotland. They are so beautiful and they make an amazing table for any occasion. Not sure where you live i did see your video shopping in Knoxville. II got my dishes at “The Roper Mansion “ antique store in Dandridge which is east of knoxville. If you ever get the chance to stop by there they have beautiful antiques and dishes.

I lived in Asheville for 12 years until my husband dragged me screaming from there. Truly a beautiful place. So glad you enjoyed your brief visit.

Chamberlain is a maze! I always get lost! Next time you are in Jax look for the antiques shops on Park street, specially Southern Crossings!!

I watched your video on your trip to continues Cleveland tenn. while u were shopping I spotted a coke bottle with a vintage laundry sprinkler. I have been antiquing and thrifting and estate dealing all over florida and have not found one. You said in your video that the owner Cindy was so nice. So I gave her a call I purchased it and it is on the way to florida I am so excited just so u know u helped me shop. ❤️

Hello my sweet friend! Hope you've been having a good week! The first plate you picked up had the prettiest scene on it! Ohh I really loved the blue & white thimbles, so stinking cute!😊 I loved the larger dish set at 5:24! The scene is so pretty, and the scalloped edges is just so sweet!💙 And of course the ones with the Coaching scene was beautiful too. So many blue & whites to choose from! I've always thought the liberty blue was A pretty set. The horses & the floral border is really pretty!💙 I was raised eating from the but & white dishes. Both my mom & my grandma had them & they were our normal, everyday dishes. Sadly i can't remember what the scenes were.🫤 I do remember they were the darker blue & I remember the edging on my moms but I'm not sure of the scene. We had another set I see in Antique stores, they have a small Victorian scene in the center, then its white, then its gold all around the edge or border. Again I can't remember the exact scene in the center! I so swish i could remember both! I'm so glad you found A set you love & at a good price too! I enjoyed shopping along with you! Pray for us as this hurricane will be coming in today. Lol I couldn't sleep so yes in here at wee hours of the morning🥴 But they think its going to hit the area just below Tampa.. that less than an hour from where i live. So I know we'll get the strong outterbands, just don't want it to shift! But the schools are closed today & Friday. My husband works outside & of course he's off. My son works in Orlando & will have to drive home at around the time its coming in. My DIL works in Tampa at the NICU & is on the emergency team, she could be called out at anytime. So yeah, keep us all in your prayers! I've prayed A hedge of protection around us & the home. I know Gods got us! Love & hugs❤🤗

I'm also in Tennessee. Northeast Tennessee area. I don't collect blue and white dishes, but my Mom has a huge collection of Blue Willow that she displays.
