I have a free flow and high productivity life. My challenges are dealing with the people who can’t make sence out of it so they compare themselves to me then trespass on my territory to even the the field. They do it just in the nick of time after I got all the work done. I don’t know what to do or think about that because it’s happened one after another and I just caught up. Obviously schedule in an overtake. Something to that nature.

I do understand your position of having to turn a profit, and I don't blame you. My criticism is pointed towards the nature of this self help bro industry using inflated corporate terminology to pull people in and drive profit. People like me come here to improve their lives, and figure out at the end of the video that this was just an AD for a course or group membership. It's annoying. This is not a phenomenon unique to you, it happens everywhere. And I am annoyed by it. Most people won't care, but I personally don't like this trend. It's pay to win irl. Anyways, good luck on your future endavours, truly!

@@SyndroOmCani Well the free content on its own is enough to improve someone's life, hence why I make videos here on YT. I actually make most of my sales from paid Ads, so the goal of this channel is not entirely for profit. I genuinely enjoy making youtube videos. I have another channel that has 40k subs where I don't sell anything. For those people who are serious about change, faster change requires more resources such as coaches, community, etc, which cost $ to run. It's optional. Hope you continue to enjoy the videos and not just think of them as an ad to sell a course or community!

    • @alialqaraghuli

that is very likely, for both overwhelm and fear -- especially fear. Fear of failure likely has a lot to do with early childhood criticism. Same goes for perfectionist tendencies. Research is still premature here but my intuition trauma is the main amplifier of all psychological disorders.

🎯 Key points for quick navigation: 00:00 *🧠 Understanding procrastination starts with identifying its root causes, not just applying generic productivity tips.* 01:22 *📝 Productivity hinges on clear goals and priorities; lack thereof fuels procrastination, especially for those with ADHD tendencies.* 02:16 *😨 Procrastination often stems from fear (of failure or inadequacy), lack of interest aligned with personal values, or feeling overwhelmed.* 06:03 *🚀 Overcoming overwhelm involves focusing solely on the first step of a task to reduce perceived stakes and initiate momentum.* 08:23 *🎶 Addressing boredom or lack of interest in tasks can be alleviated by making them more enjoyable, such as listening to music or finding ways to engage with the task.* 09:17 *🛠️ Managing fear of failure can be approached by starting with a "vzero" version of the task, a low-stakes initial attempt that reduces pressure and allows for iterative improvements.* 12:33 *🤝 Accountability from others, whether friends, family, or mentors, can significantly help in overcoming procrastination by providing external motivation and support.* Made with HARPA AI

Hi, Informative video! I think a lot of procrastination comes down to, not knowing exactly HOW TO DO something that you want to get done. so as you said, you need CLARITY, and to just START. I think there are very important steps , BEFORE you start anything with multiple tasks involved. 1---A materials list Like Envelopes, paper etc. 2---- A ---HOW TO DO LIST--- This is where you list all the tasks in order, which when completed will lead to finishing whatever it is you want to get done. It is important to break down your tasks to smaller easily manageable chunks Check out Tony Robbins, in his talks about CHUNKING! Great videos! Thank you!!!!.

I feel like there's some missing things with this. Like in Clarity - What if you have no idea what your problem or bottlenecks are? Okay, so you do figure that out... What if you have 20 options to solve the issue? For people with ADHD we're great at solving problems at times. Or making any number of solutions work. So then comes the problem of choosing the "correct" solution. All of them are correct. They all solve the problem. So which one is the "best" solution? Well they all seem equally good. This system, to me, breaks down when there are too many good options, or there are no constraints. At least when you have actual ADHD in the loop. For example - I'm a writer. I've been writing for 20+ years. I can make almost any character and any story entertaining and interesting. That's great. High skill level, and all that. I can go any direction. "So pick one." Which one? "Any?" Not helpful. "I dunno. What do you want to do?" I have no freaking idea. "Maybe you should figure that out." Okay, how? "What interests you?" Everything. Nothing. All at once. Like the whole thing just leads to all sorts of spiraling and running in circles. There has to be some way to build constraints. Which is part of the Clarity portion. I probably wouldn't have this problem doing something like lawncare though.

I wonder if you actually have ADHD? This whole framework is not usually a problem. Starting execution and working stupid hours uninterrupted is a firehose of dopamine. I can't think of how I could possibly be happier than working on a deadline for every waking hour (provided that I know I will be able to rest when the output is achieved.) Where I have HUGE problems is all the stupid stuff - like dentist appointment, buying that present, plane tickets, dress for that wedding, doing taxes, and doctor appointment, etc etc etc. All the little stupid stuff adds up over the years to become a terrifying heap of overwhelm, like the great Pacific garbage patch, or the mountain of discarded clothing in the Chilean desert.

    • @alialqaraghuli

This is by far the best explanation on how to focus/hyper focus with the theme of ADHD. The only thing I’d explain a little more is the divide and the execution (executive function) to help flesh out these concepts. This is coming from someone who’s been struggling for 15 plus years to extract my full potential and has a hard time understanding things. I plan to watch this video over and over and make my own system. I’m glad someone else was frustrated with all the other types of videos/channels that talk about “Just do it!”. It’s not that easy. It’s more nuanced for someone who struggles to pick an idea/prioritize something, let alone start that thing. Thank you!
