Yay tennis!! It’s such a great sport you can play at any age. It’s also great for when you are traveling, you can find a tennis club anywhere. I played when I was in Ghana and Albania. I probably won’t get to play again until my baby gets older 😂.

If you love tennis another cool one everyone is doing now is pickleball smaller court with paddles. I still think tennis is cuter though! Yes, you should still get a Pap smear every 3-4 years with a hysterectomy. Keep your cervix if you can because vaginal cuffs aren’t done correctly most all of the time.

I can so relate kina, my gyno had the nerve to tell me I needed a yeast infection test swab because I had “discharge”…which was totally normal for my monthly time. Turns out I had no infection and my bill was $900 for a Pap smear and test…like what are these prices??

YES!! It literally feels like I’m being cut in half w/that stupid speculum, even though it’s not “supposed to hurt”…I ABSOLUTELY feel you on this. I had a full hysterectomy and it was THE BEST thing I’ve ever done😀

Kina you may have a tilted uterus. I do and my daughters do so paps are painful for them. The doctor should be able to tell you if you do because they have to insert that terrible metal device. I'm so thankful you will keep your ovaries. This is a must. I'm glad I had a full hysterectomy but I did not keep my ovaries . It was a hard road but I'm a lot older than you my friend. I purchased the same tea bags on QVC. I thought they were cute and fancy. I love the new tea spoons I received a couple of weeks ago black tea green tea Berry 🍓🫐 and another flavor so enjoyed. Kina on QVC try the tova signature scent. Also Harry Slakin had a pistachio candle a couple of weeks ago. Has a lot of fall scents as while. Hope you have a blessed day.🐦

If you love old Hollywood you HAVE to go to The Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island in upper Michigan!!! We have gone every summer for the past 8 years and it NEVER disappoints! From the elegant dinners and breakfasts to the horse and carriage rides....I could go on and on! They have honeymoon and family packages(I suggest the honeymoon package! Its an amazing experience) BTW you look stunning as always! xoxoxoxox

I’ve been to all the places you showed in downtown Chicago! I loved the Wildberry Cafe and of course the Starbucks Reserve! The Drake Hotel is such a great location, close to shopping and beach and I also love the old elegant style.
