I have my second appointment in 4 weeks to lighten the ends. 🤗 And yes, I REALLY invested time into making this trip flawless. Hopefully everything will go as planned. Well, I definitely get enough sugar with all the fruit I’m consuming 😊 and protein is actually the most satiating macronutrient. It keeps me fuller longer. I eat potatoes in my veggie soup, but I also roast them and eat them at dinner. You are right, potatoes are a MUST!

Add sugar skip the protein powders you’ll have satiety! Eat some rice or potatoes with your soup and skip the fatty olives!!
