      Agreed. And thank you. I guess I can only go so light for the first round of bleaching, so my hair doesn’t get damaged. I have my second appointment in 4 weeks to lighten the ends. 🤗 And yes, I REALLY invested time into making this trip flawless. Hopefully everything will go as planned. I can’t wait to share this experience with you guys!

    Add sugar skip the protein powders you’ll have satiety! Eat some rice or potatoes with your soup and skip the fatty olives!!

      Well, I definitely get enough sugar with all the fruit I’m consuming 😊 and protein is actually the most satiating macronutrient. It keeps me fuller longer. I eat potatoes in my veggie soup, but I also roast them and eat them at dinner. You are right, potatoes are a MUST!
