I love this. I’ve been stress eating and not feeling like myself so a reset like this is necessary! I used to be a raw vegan for about a year and it was the best I’ve ever felt! Thanks for sharing your journey 🩷
Isn’t it funny how we tend to stray away from eating clean & in a way that makes us feel good? For me, I love trying new restaurants & foods with my family, so it’s easy to over indulge in calories & foods that make me feel bloated. To create balance & still enjoy being a foodie, I’m currently eating fruit & vegetables only for breakfast & lunch. Then eating a small portion of “regular food” at dinner. I have to admit, I feel way better after eating the fruit/veg.

Vegetarian/vegan diet does increase libido...i watched a documentary where they did a study on twins and 1 twin ate a vegan/vegetarian diet and the other ate a traditional but healthy diet and the libido increased drastically in the women on the veg diet....congrats on your achievements! You look GREAT!

I’m curious how expensive this was.
Fruits and vegetables are carbs. All Whole Foods have fats, protein, and carbs called macronutrients.
I wonder if you added electrolytes to your diet you would have had the energy to run and lift more weights.
Why so many extremes? Just eat whole foods. Nothing processed avoid sugar except for natural sugars in fruit. Stop eating when you’re satisfied. It’s that simple.
Well.. I think if weight loss were that simple, 75% of Americans wouldn’t be overweight. Food challenges are beneficial to some people because of how quickly the weight comes off. It’s been quite motivating for me and I’ve kept it off. Now I eat Whole Foods & less sugar to maintain my new weight.

I started a fruit and veggie only diet yesterday. I'm starving and my brain isn't working that good so I cracked open a can of vegan refried beans and am eating chips with it. Idk if I can do fruit and veggies only for a week without cheating again lol but I'll try.

I want to do the fruit and vegetables diet but i dont want to loose weight .i would like to maintain what i have . Any ideas ?
If you don’t want to lose weight, you’ll need to eat enough calories each day to sustain your current weight. Either consume a very large volume of the fruits & vegetables per day & monitor your caloric intake, or simply add more fruits & vegetables to every meal you would normally eat if you are looking for just the health benefits. This is a low calorie food challenge & weight loss happens rapidly if you have excess fat on your body. Hope this helps.

Breakfast: As much fruit as I wanted
Lunch: grilled veggies, veggie soup
Dinner: big salad, grilled veggies, and a big bowl of mixed fruit
