I wanted to clarify: If you have a sensitive vulva which cannot tolerate a cleanser and maybe you experience a burning sensation when you use them, dermatologist recommend cleaning with warm water instead, being gentle but thorough.
If you’re like me and have no reactions to cleansers, the method I shared in this video works very well. I understand some people believe that using an antibacterial soap is harmful & it will kill the good bacteria that you need. Although antibacterial cleanser is not necessary, I’ve personally used it for 30 years and have not experienced dryness, bacteria infections, irritation, stronger odor, or anything else. I have only experienced an “odorless” and happy hooha. I enjoy the fact that I can sweat outside during hot summer days & not have an odor. I have used a regular cleanser before, but I prefer the long lasting freshness after using the antibacterial cleanser. The main difference is using the antibacterial cleanser on the outer lips and around the groin where you have sweat glands & grow hair.
However you choose to clean your own feminine area is your personal choice & others should not tell you what is right for you. Just ensure you’re happy with the results & do not have any negative reaction to your method. Do what works well for you.❤
