Chocolate cheesecake pie recipe:
2 packs instant chocolate jello pudding mix
1 tub whipped cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tub cool whip
1 pack Oreos
4 cups milk
1 pack sugar cookie dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spread cookie dough out into a thin layer in a pie pan and bake for 14 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, stir both packs of jello pudding mix with ONLY 4 cups of cold milk instead of the box directions of 3 cups per pack. This will make the mixture thicker so you can cut it into pie slices. Mix for 2 minutes until it’s nice & thick and crush 10 Oreos into the mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 tub of whipped cream cheese with 1 can condensed milk and 1/2 a tub of cool whip. Mixture should be airy and fluffy. Then mix 1/2 the chocolate Oreo pudding mixture into the cream cheese condensed milk bowl. This is the “Chocolate cheesecake” layer.
After the cookie crust is done baking, let it cool for 20 minutes. Then add the chocolate cheesecake mixture onto the crust in an even layer, add the remaining chocolate Oreo mixture on top of that. Then add a layer of the remaining cool whip last. Decorate as desired with remaining Oreos. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
