Another thing I noticed when people say that they've lost interest in games, is often they limit themself to one genre or type of games. If you step out of your comfort zone you might find that you enjoy all sorts of games and you can ignite that spark again ❤

So here's the thing. I agree MOSTLY. Where I disagree is the fact that there's a half dozen or so summons that are SO strong, you literally dont need to play the game. Tiche for example. Upgraded Tiche can solo bosses ENTIRELY until the late-middle game such as morgott and sewer mohg. That's a "press to win" button where you aren't engaging with the game AT ALL. Im not a snob where "yOu nEeD tO LeArN tHe wHoLe mOvEsEt HiTtLeSs" but if you can just sit there in the corner and do nothing, you arent playing the game, literally.

I use a surface tablet as a laptop. Track pads hat my cold blooded ness, so if I'm using a normal laptop & the track pad cuts out I instinctively touch the screen. I hate it so much 😂

Absolutely gorgeous game to play. Has some souls-like features but the difficulty I'd say is way easier. Which is great as it's accessible to more casual players.

I mostly just use the skull marker every time I finish a cave/catacomb so that I can tell which ones I've done. In the DLC I've started placing flag markers at each scadutree fragment I collect, for similar reasons.

Unpopular opinion Kids shouldn't have personal electronic devices until they are teenagers. Limited screen time a day.

My biggest cons: lots of lag on my ps5, several game crashes, too linear so you can’t go exploring and level up at the same time, instead you just fight the same low level enemies in the same area for hours which is boring to me. The voice of the beginning cutscene monkey sounds bad, doesn’t fit him. The dragon boss in the snow area was my least favorite due to him flying in the air for 30 seconds so you couldn’t do anything. The fighting animations are clunky and slow. 6 out of 10

Why are you letting a kid have a tablet or computer in the first place...?

The StarWars franchise is so burnt out, particularly after Disney took over and started churning out spin-off shows and terrible movies. It was originally for kids, the plot designed to deliver one action scene after the next, and to sell toys. It has since been retconned beyond credibility, with the universe filled out beyond any original plan, while name dropping the original characters. Time to let it rest.
