Excellent demonstration on roller...loved the Annie Video, she is amazing and gives me encouragement to try to join a Senior Crossfit community, if I can find one that is local and fits into mu busy schedule with all my husbands doc appointments etc, plus I have a crossing guard job 10 hours a week, but, I am totally impressed with you Kathy so proud of you and I will try to find a program that I will excel at...YOU ROCK GIRLFRIEND...!!!! Love the water aerobics too, might try to find one local that would fit into my schedule...I'm your biggest FAN!!!! Hugs, Ruthie
