Hole 14 has been cleared of the trees on hill. There are 2 trees sprayed with yellow paint to aim between. It was a fun course but 14 thru 18 were wild. They have put in tee pads though for those.

Simply addressing the thumbnail regarding ‘what would you throw?’ I know what I wouldn’t throw, a paradox, in any winds, let alone 45mph. You crazy. Teebird or similar all day in the wind for I.

Fairly certain those are cages for disc finding raccoons and muskrats. Should one have a bad throw, simply place a treat offering and a mini, so it can get your disc scent, in the little window and just pop the cage open when it’s ready and watch it go to work. Make sure to follow the lil critter, they are not retrievers after all. Just an FYI if you had any residual siracha or say old Louisiana Hot sauce on your fingers or mini or the treat for that matter it won’t work.

Waffle crisp disc is my favorite. Also, I have waffle crisp in the cupboard.

I just blew a coolant hose two weeks ago on the way to the course. Arrived 2 hours late in a different vehicle!

Awesome video and great story. I once had my starter motor go out on the way to pick up my date. I changed it on the side of the road and was only a few minutes late picking her up. This was millions of years ago, so I can't remember how I came by the new starter motor.

Have you tried any rubber discs, like the Koi from Elevation Discs? I think it would be a good one for you to try since you play so many hilly courses. Less chance of roll-away putts.

The crown jewel of Lansing disc golf, for sure. Those of us familiar with the course get a good laugh out of your rollaways, very relatable, lol. Great job on the video, promoting our home course.

This place is sweet played it last year when i was out there for work both courses are sweet.

Love both those courses. River's Edge is TOUGH in the summer, tight lines and clouds of skeeters.

I believe that the mosquitos are bad. My son and I played Renegades the day of the CCR Ams. They had been spraying for mosquitos for a couple weeks. We were actually told it was actually very good compared to normal. Let’s just say that the mosquitos were THICK at Renegades, and by all accounts it is the better of the two on that front. Renegades is a cool course though. Haven’t played River’s Edge though.

You will definitely have to come back in the summer and play when the long basket placements are in, the back 9 plays much different. But yes, the mosquitos will some days carry you off the course. The wood structures have water coolers in them over the summer!

Those things beside the trash can are for water coolers. The lil square hole is where the spout sticks out to fill a water bottle or whatever.

Some of the pins are in the short locations for the winter

So we were just at that same course 2 weeks ago and that wooden box next to the trash is for a water cooler with a spout...there was one in there for people to use while we were there

I LOVE these old school super class discs. So much fun to just throw them around, have some fun and not put so much pressure on oneself regarding score. Heck, make it an activity round in UDisc, huck some plastic and have some fun!

That's so crazy! A kid in my neighborhood had one of those sets and we would throw at one of those big, silver metal lawn and leaf cans. Then at some point his dogs got ahold of the frisbees and that was it for, "frisbee hoops."

What an interesting little game. There's a similar game called kan jam and it's quite fun. I always overturn frisbees with any sort of power. 45 degrees of hyzer is the minimum for a frisbee to fly straight for me
