I had coolant pipe fail, dash air vent failure and exhaust valve fail. Coolant was an expensive fix

Great video, one question, did you test the new case if it starts the car by putting it on the bottom part of the dash board near the boot button incase the remote battery dies? There is a specific square shape area to place the remote to start the car.

New F Type 2024 has the previous key which is actually smaller slimmer better - sometimes things just aren't worth doing 😊

Thanks for the review. Not many people cover these bikes, but... Is it really lighter than an aluminium frame? Are the SRAM Force hydraulic ROAD brakes really powerful enough? When you said it would take 650b mountain bike wheels... Maybe, but only old or cheap MTB wheels, as the new mountain bikes have wider hub spacing.

The issue with new V8's is the piped in exhaust sounds into the cabin. I took a 2021 AM Vantage out a drive and hated the fake piped in cabin sounds. Once you've heard it you can't unhear it.

Just used this guide to replace the drivers side headlight bulb on my right hand drive 2015 f type. The passenger side does not require headlight removal. Thank you for the excellent instructions.😊

My bill was for £5,500 after just over one year of having my F Type. Bought it when it was 3 years old after mot and service the following year that was £550.00 then just after 12 weeks with no warning the dpf went on the car £1800 to fix and just out of warranty. I never got the tyres done or the break discs or pads done sold after it was fixed and would never buy another Jaguar and I've had a few, and wouldn't recommend Jaguar Glasgow.

Nothing shown in this video is hidden or has any tips and tricks. Everything is obvious to pretty much everybody unless you are stupid. Also for closing the doors you can definitly tap it lightly and it will close. You shouldn't for it in, but a slight tap won't hurt the motors. This is ridiculous. Btw my f-type saves the mirror position when reversing.

mine doesnt even have ac seats or ambient light changing. dont even have it around the gear knob what a stupid ass fucking thing to not put in all your trims. you should just be paying for the different engine trims its a fucking jaguar for fuck saKE

You mentioned that after a certain vin number retrofitting upgrades is easier on a 2018 car, and you also mentioned that you need an early '18 to avoid the exhaust muting. I just took my front bumper off to do something similar on a 2017 svr, it was indeed 11 bolts. You don't need to remove the undertray from the bumper, just remove the 4 bolts connecting the undertray to the body. You can take the bumper off with the undertray attached to it no problem, saving you from undoing about 20 bolts. Doing that also keeps the bumper from rolling forward. Tip for anyone else looking to do this!

Ok, a lot of issues, which are not tragic. I dont really care about panel gaps and o2 sensors. It would be more important to know the cost of a timing replacement and the interval it has to be done.... On an Audi S4 it costs 4-6k.... While a o2 sensor is like 150 Eur....

I've had this issue with my MY2018 F-Type R. After checking and realizing it wasn't the water pump, which wasn't a big deal, I looked online and found that the Y-pipe was probably the problem. I called a few workshops, but the earliest appointment I could get was in 4-5 weeks, which was far too long for me to wait. There’s a step-by-step guide on Google where someone does the same job on the V6. The process is almost exactly the same on the V8. As someone who has only worked on older VWs and Audis as a hobby, I just decided to disassemble everything myself, hoping I could repair it without paying thousands of euros at the workshop (the part itself isn't that expensive, but the labor hours are...). I managed to repair it, and now my Jag is running like a beast again! 🤟 It's just a pain to get the supercharger off because it's really stuck to the engine, and you have to be very careful with the cast aluminum housing.
