I want to thank you for your numerous F-Type videos. It makes me chuckle at the difference in our purchasing decisions. You carefully evaluated what you wanted to buy. My story. For several years I owned (past tense) an XK8. Unfortunately, a careless driver in a construction zone clipped the front end. The insurance company, to my distress, wrote it off. I have been Jag-less for two years. Last November I was wandering around a vehicle for sale website and came across a convertible 2016 F-Type base with 21,000 kms. I consulted with my chief financial officer and we made an offer. Slight challenge. We flew to Victoria, B.C. and drove it home 1000 km. As we live on a ski hill the Jag has since been hibernating, covered and trickle charged, in our garage. I have watched many of your videos, as well as others, to learn about my car. I have not even gone and sat in it. Truthfully, I had absolutely no idea what I had bought. I just wanted another Jag convertible. So, I wait until winter looses its grip and we can finally explore our Jag. Keep the informative videos coming. Robert, Fernie B.C. Canada
Good Sir, your videos are very underrated and i really love you and your channel, just your voice alone is really pleasing to listen to! Great video and work! :D
Hello, ask a question, I have a Jaguar F Type V8 2014, and can I put a front and rear bumper, front light, rear hood of the 2023 model on my F Type 2014, thank you
Yes, you can, but there are more parts needed, rear lights, probably all fender liners are different, front headlight mounts are new to 2023 model, front hood is different; it's very pricey but 100% doable. Also you would need someone to code the lights to work properly and idk about that. Cost-effective it would be cool project for damaged car with some front and rear damage. GL
We have to replace the ENTIRE ASSEMBLY instead of just the lens? Jfc what a waste. The lens on my puddle light is completely mangled, but the LED is just fine.
