loved twin speedometers on the true ski boats. When I was young, Mastercraft did is perfect.....high mount above main cluster as speed is so important for competition training.

Purely from an engineering genius' perspective...all of those through hulls that go between the inner and outer hull with balsa core in-between should be a solid glassed in fiberglass tube, so each side of the cored fiberglass hull inner and outer is glassed to the fiberglass tube, sealing off the balsa core from possible water incursion, barring excessive flexion due to a previous owner using the hull in a way it was not designed to be used. Seeing a cored hull with these problems solidifies my decision to buy an all-glass boat. Unless this boat was slammed on waves, and even if it was, it seems like the through hull water incursion is an issue that was 98% the manufactures' fault.

If turbo noise is an issue you could build sound deadening air boxes for the intake around the K&N filters, possibly utilizing some or all of the old mounting points for the original air filter system. As long as you have plenty of airflow into your engine room so it doesn't vacuum at WOT and your air boxes provide enough airflow for WOT (there's math that will decide the volume and intake diameter of custom sound deadening airboxes) but it is certainly possible to make the turbos quieter with a custom solution.
