I am enjoying how concise yet complete your instruction videos are. The only thing I would have liked you to mention the bias edge joins just as a precaution for beginners. That’s nitpicking, though. The video is excellent!
Great job! It was informative, instructive, and you walked us thru from start to finish. I really like the quilt. It also got me thinking about ways to use the 60 degree blocks in different layouts to use all the blocks, or even to use the extras in the backing. I think using them in a design on the back would look great. Like I said Great job.
Thanks so much! We also went down a bit of a rabbit hole coming up with ideas on what to use those extra blocks for. Love being able to help inspire ideas and show you and everyone that making something that looks intimidating can actually be super easy and come together so quick. Thanks for watching Pati and thanks for your comment!
Wow! I was wondering how you were going to show us this pattern in just 7 minutes?? I was imagining tricky piecing. Never did see the vertical seams till you showed us, and that there that there is virtually No waste in this quilt! And you get two of them! So neat!
In the pattern you dont say how much fabric for the 2 and 1/2 strips would half a meter work thanks going to make this in yellow for a friend in a wheelchair.
Teancum, when I met you in Argentina, I never could have imagined seeing you sewing quilts, but you are awesome! Que tenga un buen dia.--Debbie Evans

Would love to see the unused triangles sewn up into something so we can see how they'd look!! 👍😀
Yes definitely do not throw those out.
I pretty much liked with a thumbs up on the previous responses but need to add my own THANK YOU!!!!!!
Thank YOU Marhta!
Never saw that design made. Thanks for clear instructions.
I would just use the extra blocks in another quilt using the dark centers only. Opposite quilts from one pattern.
Exactly! It's kind of a two for one quilt..
That is what I would do as well.
I thought of doing the same but using one on front and one on the back for a reversible quilt.
Super cool quilt! Love the 3D effect. Thanks so much for the free pattern and great tutorial. Can't wait to make it! 💜

In the pattern you dont say how much fabric for the 2 and 1/2 strips would half a meter work thanks going to make this in yellow for a friend in a wheelchair.
You will need 2 yards of each color, then you will cut x28 strips (2 1/2" strips) out of each color. So you should have 84 strips total.
😍😍😍😍
Looks awesome thanks
