This has turned out really well. I actually like the neck design and will use it in a design for a robot with an egg shaped head! The bump and go mechanism will go into a larger version of a "Scutter". You inspire me, Thank you.
Wow!! This turned out so good!! It's amazing what a good paint job can do. Very clever how you made the antennas! That was genuis! I love bump n' go stuff. Excellent job as always! 😁
@@Robothut Ooops -- two more things. I was about to slice everything but noticed that there was no base cover (with the treads). And I don't think the turret is there either.
@@Robothut Thank you, hey watched the movie last night, picked up on some details, like the neck grill pattern, your version looks better, the actual one used was the old square with the X in the middle with a circle at the center of the X, You know that pattern was used on everything in the day, lol, Also the actual treads do move in the film, I was surprised to see that, thanks again
@@WarlockCore Yes I have clear images of the grill metal used but at the scale I was building the toy and the work involved I went with a simpler design.
looks great!
Blue really works.
Superb model. The bump and go mechanism is lovely and smooth with its actions. 👍
! like the twanging antenna's on the head. Great model.
Another awesome Robothut project! The metallic blue looks great. Again, thanks for share it with us!
I had a can of dupli-color light blue metalic # BGM0539.

Nice job.
What blue paint did you use, IYDMMA?
Great idea for the antenna! BTW, you didn’t upload the base plate to Thingiverse.
I will have to check into why the part did not show up on thing-i-verse.
@@Robothut Thanks for the quick update! It's there now.
@@jayducharme Fantastic. Not sure what went wrong with the upload, but if the files is there now thats all that is important.

THIS IS SO COOL, WHAT 3D PRINTER DO YOU USE TO MAKE GOG???
Bambu Labs A1 mini is the only printer I have used for the last 1 year. I have many others but print as fast or as well.
A Dalek's older American cousin.🤖👍USA, USA,USA.
Is the actual Robot model files located elsewhere? that link hasn't all the files in it
Check the link today. The flies are all there.

@@Robothut I think your design looks way better than the original
