Thank for the review I’ve just bought one and got my £50 off the price keep it coming g😊😊😊😊😊🎉
@@lesliebrown3321 nice one. Enjoy 👍👍
This looks to be a very nice Fat Tyre E-Bike at a very attractive price.
I have had a bike very similar to this for around 4 years now, it's a good bike with one or two negatives. I like to ride along canal tow paths, and on tow paths which have ruts made in them made by many bikes traveling along them. The ruts tend to act like tram lines, and the small wheels get stuck in the ruts and I have been thrown off the bike on more than one occasion. I have never had this happen with my bike with 26 inch fat tyres. I have also had the battery lock get jammed up with grit from mud being thrown up from the front wheel, and then had to remove the lock from the battery and clean it out.
Yeah fat tyres are great for not tram lining.
Please review the Fiido Titan :)
Hi there love your videos,i have a question you might be able to help me,i have a two year old engine pro the battery is knackerd engwe batyerys are so expensiveand there never in stock can i fit a similar battery willit fit,if so can you recomend
I am not really into folding ebikes, but wow, that appears to be a very good bike for a very low price.
Agreed
😄thanks for your liking
@@e-VRC Sorry to put a dampener on this, but it's cheap Chinese generic e-bikes like this that are prolific on Alibaba etc. Rebadged, they all come from the same factory. The quality of the metal isn't great, and should you have any issues you'll be looking at lengthy timescales and possibly high costs. I'm speaking from experience here.
@@irpnet but there are no alternatives with the same cool aggresive look from western trusted companies. if so please link here and be sure its not a product made in china after all that would defeat the purpose
@@mhmh9302 Thats part of the problem. There are a handful of Western companies making ebikes, but a majority shilled on YT are cheap Chinese ones that all look the same and are shilled as the "best". I have the exact same design bike, a weld broke and they accused me of doing jumps (I'm 55!) they then wanted 300GBP to replace the frame and that took 2 months for me to receive. Now I'm expected to rebuiild it myself!!!!!
I now have a Cruz 73 (the 750 Watt version), made by a UK company with solid steel and proper welds. I've done over 800 miles on it so far and no issues at all.
Your videos get better all the time! 👍 Nice balance of tech and cheerful good humour. 👍 Flawless presentation. 👍 Your knees are still bent too much. 😉

@@stephenbannister7021 mate. I have 200 inbox messages on my Facebook page I’ve never answered. It’s just a thief of my time. That bikes haunted. 😂 Creeeeeeek. 😢
When I reviewed the Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 a few weeks ago I was massively surprised by the torque and torque sensor. It’s currently my favourite e-bike, you’ll see what I mean when you review it.
hahaha.... Yeah I'm looking forward to the 2.0 however, I'm one of the very few people that prefer cadence to torque apart from when pulling away.
@@e-VRC have have both the 1.0 and 2.0 here and there’s not a lot in it. My second ever e-bike was the 1.0 and even though I had issues with it, it’s still to this day a great bike. Roll on 2 years, Engwe have updated the frame on both bikes, and thrown a 52v battery into that 2.0 frame, the same 23amp controller as the 1.0 and for some unknown reason it’s made the bike more nimble … it’s feels more like the X.
Anyway, you’ll see. You’re going to struggle to find real fault with it. My biggest issue was the seat, it’s not the most comfortable.
@@ModProjects4306 yeah I was a big fan of the 1.0 and the direct drive motor was interesting with the regen. I'm guessing they scrapped it for the 2.0. I never got round to trying the X sadly.

Does the Vitilan i7 20ah battery fit into the pvy x20 plus 1000?
I watched lot of videos, mostly yours, did a lot of research and bought this bike before few days... I gues that I made right decision :P
Nice. I've been very impressed with it. Enjoy! 🤟👍
Can’t get through to customer service on message thing very interested in buying one from uk site but no reply worries me 😢
I am subscribed to an American who has this bike and he has done 2000 miles on his. He thinks it's a great bike. I wanted this bike too but vitilan told me that I couldn't get it because I lived in the uk. I have the big game bikes impala alpha plus now 250 watt.
@@lizvickers7156 it seems it's now available here 👍
They gotta bring to the UK then. Engwe has the fat bike market covered in the UK & EU
@@e-VRCThat's about right then 😅 Cheers for that.
Hi can you review the U7? :)
How does it compare with PVY Z20 PLUS 1000? Can you make a comparison video? I believe many people would like to see this.😀
I was going to purchase the Engwe engine pro 2.0 until i just saw this video. For £300 less it’s going to be hard to not pick this bike over the engine pro
Engine pro 2.0 cannot do full speed of 28mph in throttle only. You need to peddle to reach max speed. This is why I avoided it. Too restrictive for freedom-minded people.
@@peternicholas3858 yes this is one of the reasons i am drawn to this i7 pro, its also cheaper, has a 20ah samsung battery, comes with free mirrors, phone holder & lock. The things i am not sure about though is the customer service/warranty & this being cadence sensor compared to the engine torque sensor.
@@ledouu cadence sensor is the best IF it is smooth and doesn't jerk the bike when it activates and deactivates, which is the case with the vitilan. It helps you use the ebike like it's meant to be, with the least peddling effort to ride. Torque sensor does require effort from you, which is a mix between a regular bike and ebike. I prefer 100% ebike riding with a good quality cadence sensor like vitilan has in their models.
@@peternicholas3858 appreciate the feedback, do you own one of these? Whats the customer service like?
@@ledouu I have the vitilan I7 and it's great. But I have no clue what customer service is like as I didn't need any assistance. The way I see it.... if I ever need service out of warranty, I can either fix it myself as parts are standard and available online. Or I can take it to a shop. After 5 years or so? I'd probably like to get whatever is newer and faster.
I like the eyewear you had on, are those riding glasses? Please share the link you can.
@@OneAndOnlyMe they're just my sunglasses. The brand is Quay.

Great video as usual.
May I ask if you're getting your hands on the Engwe L20 2.0 ? - wonder how it'd stack against this bike.
I haven't seen it yet. But hopefully 🤞
Your reviews are very useful and entertaining 👌🙂
I need two bikes. What would you choose?
T7pro & i7pro from Vitilan
or
X24 & X20 from Engwe
@@DFD1 I haven't tried the x20 or t7 pro. The i7 pro is a stronger bike than the x24 though.
Glad you enjoy them 👍
@@e-VRC Thanks! How about your overall experience with Vitilan and Engwe?
I'd love it if you'd please check if this larger battery fits in the Engwe Engine Pro 2 frame as they look near identical.
I think it may well be the same form factor. The engine pro 2 hasn't arrived yet so I can't check to make sure.
For me, the difference that made me choose the PVY z20 Plus 1000 was the frame design. In my opinion (not expert) the PVY frame which is the same as a Mate X, has a better rear suspension design. The rear shock that PVY ships, is actually bad, but if you upgrade it I'm expecting that you will be with a more reliable bike than the Engwe's Engine Pro style frame.
What is your opinion on this? Which frame design do you prefer?
I like the look of the i7 / engine pro one more but they feel the same really. I feel like your weight directly compresses the Pvy suspension whereas it indirectly presses the engine/i7 suspension via the hinge thing. But in practise they feel the same.
Hmmm, i wonder how durable it is, especially with the lack of the triangular brace from the seat post tube to the top tube , like the Engwe EP/Pros? I have seen some frames fail spectacularly on bikes without it, what are your thoughts on this, does this Vit seem like itll last? This one does look much better than the Engine Pros.... Congrats on the 10K subs too, well deserved :-)
Thanks very much! 🙏🏽 I did notice the lack of extra cross piece. I wonder how much it helps. It feels fine but I guess time will tell.
wondering does it matter since it has dual suspension?
Great video but lack of torque sensor rules it out for me.
Cheers. Apart from torque sensors being much faster at kicking in I'm not a massive fan. They're definitely better but I quite like a cadence for ghost pedalling at full power. I'm lazy I guess 😅
Was all set to get the engwe engine pro 2.0 then I saw this. Now I m not sure!
Same
Engine pro 2.0 cannot do full speed of 28mph in throttle only. You need to peddle to reach max speed. This is why I avoided it. Too restrictive for freedom-minded people.
Hi,I'm also looking at the Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 and ViTiLAN-I7 PRO 2 and will probably go for the I7 because it has the most battery Wh for distance and a few more Nm.
Engwe Engine Pro 2.0
52V-16Ah- 832Wh battery
75 Nm 750w Unknown motor.
160mm Hydraulic Disc Brakes
12 Months Warranty
ViTiLAN-I7 PRO 2
48V-20Ah-960Wh battery.
80 Nm Bafang motor.
180mm Hydraulic Disc Brakes.
18 Months Warranty
I7 is also cheaper, has bigger brake disks,a longer warranty and they sell spare parts like controllers on their web site as well.
I don't see anything wrong with the Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 and it looks like a great E-Bike,its just that the I7 is more suitable for me.
52V is good, but not too much better than the 48V of the vitilan. The good thing is that these bikes are generic frames and you can fit higher voltage controllers, batteries and even 1000w+ motors in them if you so desire to make a better or faster bike for yourself. You can buy the parts and a shop can do the work for you.

Nice bike lots i like about it &, fast up Sandy Lane.
As you say an option to change it to bmx stlye bars would have been nice.
Yeah I think BMX bars look great on these. And folding ones are a bit narrow.
Hi,BMX bars for the I7 are on their web site at £99.
@@EBR-UK Yes thanks I saw this last week regarding the BMX bars and fittings. Also the squishy seat offer has disappeared so I guess they have sold a few. Nice bike it's only the key underneath I don't like but it's not a big deal.
@@1chickenpig I've just ordered the I7 and didn't get the squishy saddle,I got mirrors.
The E-Bike I have now has the key under the frame, its never fallen out or got bent or stuck.
For some reason it's easier for me to put the key in from the right hand pedal side of my E-bike.😕
@@EBR-UK I think it's an excellent bike and one I'd like to get as well. When it arrives have fun on it and stay safe 👍
Will a vitalan battery fit my mark 1 48v engwe pro many thanks
I don't have the engine 1.0 any more but I'm 90% sure they were the same shape batteries. Both being 48v they should both work but only if the connections match up.
is the LANKELEISI X3000 Max 2x1000w legal for use in the EU?
No and it's hard to pretend it's 250w due to the 2 motors.
Good review, thanks! one thing to note though, no matter how good it is, its still not UK road legal as doesnt have "250W" stamped on the motor, so for me the better bikes are the Engwe L20 or the PVY Z20 Plus 1000 for UK road use, both stamped 250W even though has larger motors and can be restricted to 15.5mph and switch off throttle.
You think what the government and police and judges all go by the book ? Legal illegal. Who cares
@@frankgallagher7812not all of us have disposable income to throw £1100 away if it gets confiscated plus the points on license lol. So yeh. People care. It’s what made me get rid of my Electric Unicycles.
tbf the motor isn't visible at all on this due to the mag wheels encasing it. I'm not sure which setting adjusts the speed- I'm going to look into that. They told me throttle can't be switched off but of course it's easily disconnected.
@@bigup7777 Oh I definitely care. I know very few people that will be ok with losing a £1100 bike or getting points. I get really paranoid on moped style ebikes and escooters. But anything that looks like a bike I'm ok with as long as I'm being sensible. Unicycles and esk8s though I never worry. I just don't feel they're targeted if you know what I mean. I've been past loads of police on both.
What is the post purchase help like ?
@@Electriclentilman I haven't heard many reports but this was missing a red cap on one side of the suspension and it arrived in 3 days.
Which ebike i should buy for starting deliveries? Uber eats in London city? Budget is tight at £1000
Road legal, long range, anti theft and comfortable....
Please suggest me the best one
If you want road legal then a second hand Eskuta sx250. Alarm and immobilizer - mega comfy, good range and legal. Only drawback is you can't pedal it over 16mph.
@@e-VRC appreciate it. I'll take the sx250 at consideration but what if I wanna buy new? I have a 100pound wiggle room
@@gamingmisthios how about engwe engine x?
Whoa! 103lb bike for 28mph?? That bike is a PIG! Have you tried the 59 lb/28mph Portola? Its half the weight man! Even the eCells 5 Star is 96lb/38mph. This bike is made of lead.
Hi,Gross weight of the ViTiLAN-I7 PRO 2 is 31Kg/4.88 Stone/68.3lb.
Net weight of the E-Bike will be 31Kg minus the box and packaging weight.
If it was any lighter,it would need wings using PAS-5.
@@EBR-UK 68 lbs is a lot better. Misunderstood the original description.
For me too heavy, and unlocking key location is a bit weird /underneath frame - In wet weather - this will be a problem after while.
Battery removal is difficult as well. Propably must be removed to charge... Easy way to drop battery when wrestling with foldable 40kg unstable bike...
Not well designed.
So, I'm awaiting for review new engine pro.
Every single negative you've mentioned is exactly the same for this type of bike. The engine pro 2.0 will be exactly the same. However you can charge the battery in the bike I'm sure I said I probably wouldn't remove it as it's cumbersome. My very first ebike was this design too, never had a problem with the key being underneath apart from it can be hard to see it to get the key in and the external wiring can get in the way. But yeah I think I said watch out for the battery as it can slide out. It's definitely heavy - not good if you need to take it up stairs.
@@e-VRC Thanks for info.
For me Cyrusher Kommoda is a choice for 20" fat tyre bike. I know - it is not foldable.
But still waiting for Engine Pro review.
@@stanley3647 nice. I have the Cyrusher Ovia here still in the box. Looks very similar to the Kommoda
Outdatet already, they just released the 3.0
Exchanging the Bafang motor for an unknown "more efficient" brand is cost-cutting on their behalf and not an upgrade for the owner unless the change of motor brings a torque sensor instead of a cadence sensor. Peak power, range and torque specs quoted for 3.0 are the same as 2.0 so where's the efficiency 🤷
So it's an Engwe engine pro 2.0?
Very similar it seems but with subtle differences.
Is it road legal??
Not in the EU
@@e-VRC- Does this have a certificate of conformity? Can the throttle be disabled or removed without screwing up the controller?
If the answer is 'yes' to both these queries, then this could be a road legal e-bike in Ireland, at least. It would be classed as a lower end e-moped requiring registration, motor tax and for a motorcycle helmet to be worn. I suspect the i7 can be limited to 25kph so that's covered. You could ride it in cycle lanes.
Clearly the law does not care about the 250watt bullshit - I think you have single-handedly proven this fact
Most police can't be assed with it they don't want to have to do all that paperwork.
Still prefer the x3000 max above all these🤙👊
@@Rickster316 oh yeah absolutely the x3000 is the best but nearly a grand more.
@@e-VRC just with the comparison with foldable fat tyres! Appreciate cost difference sets it apart 🤙👊
This one needs some WD40 😂
😂😂😂😂😅
The design looks generic I wonder who is really the manufacturer of this bike? Is it rebranded?
I think that maybe the brands purchase the body or maybe the design then add their own choice of components (which of course are made by other brands) then add their own paint job. It is generic however there are subtle differences when looking at a lot of these folding fat tyre bikes. Like there's a few different 'set styles'.
I really don't like folding ebikes.
Fair enough. I think the only good reason for them folding is for battery access. They do save a bit of space when stored but of course a hinge most likely adds a weak point. I rarely fold these tbh.
