The act mentioned at 1:03 is abortion, not murder. Whether abortion is murder or not is actually an issue that is still debated (well, at least for non-Christians). You see, whether abortion is really taking the life of another person or not depends on how one defines a human person. If one follow the classic definition of man as a "rational animal", then it SEEMS that abortion isn't really murder. This is because doing so isn't the same as killing a person (i.e. a rational animal), but rather merely removing an irrational being (i.e. a cell, part of a body, etc.).
