It was nothing that took my focus away from using it. Now I suggest a paperlike screen cover as that is going to do a number of things, including softing of any noise.

I am a pharmacy student and would like to completely switch from Laptop (Currently have Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 -> pretty disappointed in terms of Note taking and editing/writing on PDF's (using Xodo btw) with Bamboo Pen ) to the entire Tablet setup with pen and keyboard. Would u recommend the entire setup from OnePlus ? I am using the OnePlus Nord mobile phone for 3 years now and did not have the option to see and feel it in Person back then bc there were no offers nearby (living in Austria) - However I decided to buy it "blindfolded" and until now I never had a Problem with that - pretty happy. Do you think that OnePlus Pad will also not disappoint ? How is the Writing experience compared to Ipad (Latency e.g. in Xodo) ? I really would appreciate an answer :)
It for sure compares and it is the closest that you are going to find on an Android. However, if you are looking for an iPad and the apple ecosystem, you can't really compare that. However, in terms of writing it is a close second and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone who is looking for an iPad like device on an Android platform.

Thanks for liking the video. As for your question. It's hard to really compare them. The boox is an e ink device, while the OnePlus pad is more of a computing tablet. So are you looking for an e ink device primary or you looking for a tablet that is more computer like? That will let you know which is best for you.

@@bodendorfer problem solved! It turned out the double tab function is tied to the note app that came with the system... U uninstall that app, u lost the settings... The double tab function does not work anywhere else with or without the Notes app... Also from a gamer's perspective, the screen has a severe lag when playing CODM. The refreshing rate is definitely fake!! (Not even nearly as good as my iPad pro (2019) which only supports 60 fps...
Like in samsung tablet any pdf file opens directly into samsung notes where we can mark and highlight which one plus is lacking.which app should i used to read my own pdf notes in 1 plus pad ?please help

Which one do you recommend, a One Plus Pad or a Samsung F9 SE Plus? I use it for notes for web use for some online meetings and to work on PDF or Word or Excel documents.... also a bit of multitasking and a functional pen
For now I would stick with the iPad, if you are using GoodNotes. I don't expect Goodnotes to be fully functional on Android until late this fall or next year. Lots of development to get it to the level that it is on the iPad. And generally speaking most app developers will deploy new features on apple first, then carry it over to their android versions.
So if you are looking for an andriod based tablet, that looks and feels like an iPad. I would indeed recommend this one. It is very comparable from a hardware stand point. There is things I like about andriod over Apple and there is things I like about Apple. At the end of the day, its a great unit.

The OnePlus Tablet is a wonderful tablet - I love mine - it's a great complement to my fabulous OnePlus 12 Super Phone
The tablet is a great Android tablet. I specially love the weight and balance of the device.

Don't even think about it. Onenote is horrible non android. The latency is one thing but the whole app experience is full of stutters and hang ups.

Ipad 9 gen. Don't use a screen protector & use a good case. Buy a cheap pencil $20-30 & you're set!

Not sure if it's temporary, but the whole double tap function seems to disappear after updating 😅

In my experience, I didn't have any issues with dual touching or stylus input that was not related to my drawing.

If you have a Samsung mobile device, then it makes sense to pair. Otherwise each are solid and I have no preference one over the other.

I want to come to android ecosystem but since there’s no GoodNotes on android,I am staying put to iPad.

The OnePlus Pad runs on an Android OS, so I would imagine the answer to your question is yes, as it would use the same apps.
