    I appreciate the time you guys put into explaining and editing. It helps me to see examples of good riders thinking about Approach, Takeoff, Maneuver, Landing. Only way to improve this is maybe some slow-motion (and a hair less volume on the music). Thanks for your hard work and high quality content!

    Hey Kevin, LOVE your videos! I'm pretty new to snowboarding, I've only done it 3x, but I'd say I'm intermediate now and hooked on it. The remark about waiting for good snow conditions to try new spin tricks is so on point. I found recently that my favorite resort was hard and icy everywhere for a couple weeks straight and just thought "HELL no, I'm not trying that stuff on this frozen concrete." But then we got two inches of fresh snow and warming spring temperatures the last day open and I worked hard all day to eventually spin my first backside 360s.
    I fell a lot leading up to that accomplishment on that day. Having the soft snow was HUGE in making me feel secure and bold enough. Not to mention it made it more feasible to do the set up carves without slipping around.

    Looking nice. One tip I was once told that always helped me on spins too is always try landing flat to toe edge to make riding out easier and saving the hamstring.

    Great video and it’s awesome u guys explained it through before doing the moves. I’m from Vancouver area, are u guys using a park board for the tricks? Would you recommend practicing w/ an all-mountain board at all? And the snow is disappearing here, lucky u can still get some of that powder, keep up with the good work!!! Def inspired me wherever I’m traveling to.

    How much of a forward lean do you have on your highbacks if any for Park? Do you change it depending on type of riding? Question to TJ and Kevin....
    Thanks!

    Kev and TJ when you hit a jump or a rail when doing spin tricks do you ollie or just jump? I'm beggining to try some and never know what to do, ollies always seem harder to do when going off a rail but more fun when hitting a jump? Any tips anyone?

    Kev, where will you be riding this weekend? Still in CO? Great video! Guessing you underestimated that 3rd hit in the series. I did the same and cased it a couple weeks ago. A good lesson learned to scout jumps before hitting them :-D

    What is that round(?) thing you're using with the GoPro during the clips on the chair lift? It shows on the goggle's reflection, but I can't quite tell what it is. Is it to block wind noise?

    • @MrNate727
      @MrNate727 4 года назад

      Use a gimbal stabilizer and 60p frame rate on your camera. When you’re filming try to match speed of the rider while keeping their position in the frame as consistent as possible!
