Three Vegan Risottos: ruclips.net/video/C59H1GfaO98/видео.html Recipe notes and tips: - To make this truly one pot, just do it all in a bigger oven-safe pot - At some point, I’ll have a go at making an orzo dish in the slow cooker. I’m not well versed on the method, but I think I’d need to cook everything except the orzo for 4-6 hours on low. Then add the orzo and cook on high until tender, maybe 20 minutes? - To save time, skip the saute stage. It won’t taste quite as good, but you can boost the flavour by adding things like tomato puree/paste, caramelised onions, vegan worcestershire sauce, brown miso paste etc
One trick i would try, is a very light sprinkling of oregano on the tomatoes. Then a very closely watched broil for browning! I also discovered lions name mushroom! You'd swear it was meat! Check it out!! Thanks.
I keep dried lion's mane in my pantry (I used them a couple weeks ago in the meatballs video), but I've never come across fresh in Leeds. I live in hope!

I’m addicted to your videos. Sometimes I comment, sometimes I don’t, but I always watch everything.
Thanks Brunno ❤️
Thanks for that, very interesting and looks totally amazing. Haven't seen that type of pasta before but will keep an eye open for it. Thank you.
It looks pretty versatile too; you can cook it like regular pasta and use it in salads and the like
Get in my belly!!! That looks so good ❤
It was another sad day when I had the last piece!

I love how the whole time everything was about to overflow! So many times when I cook there is about to be spillage lol
A soupçon of minor peril adds extra flavour 😂
Yes it does! There is often way too much peril involved when I cook!!
Very nice
