Three Easy Vegan Pasta Dishes: ruclips.net/video/aGroRHHahSo/видео.html
    Recipe notes & tips:
    - REHEATING; it actually reheated well in the microwave! If you want/need to use the oven or air fryer, I'd suggest going around 160 C/320 F for 5-8 miuntes
    - If you’re pushed for time, assemble the sauce without heating it. Warming it first does kick start the flavour development, but it’s not an essential step
    - I suggest using a smaller bowl for blending the tofu and beans (or anything really) as it contains things into a deeper amount, making it more efficient/quicker
    - Individual portions in small tins and freezing them; at some point I’ll give it a go so I can tell you exactly the best process, but I think the approach from frozen is to go at a pretty temperature. I’ll likely try it in the air fryer, around 110°C/230°F, possibly 100. It may also help to add water to the sauce to compensate for any escaping steam. That said, the absolute best way to reheat is to thaw them first, but foresight takes effort!

There's one I go to fairly often! It's a bus ride away though, so I'd effectively pay more as I'd still need to go to the high street supermarket for most of my groceries

@AuntieRachelsChaoticKitchen Good question, Well typical Dominican 🇩🇴 cuisine, usually includes the basic staples Rice with red beans 🫘, seasoned Chicken, Yuca with melted rich pasteurized "Dominican" cheese 🧀 where when add3d with purple onions 🌰 give it a certain sabor. Sancocho is basically a broth stew where not sure the vegetable mixture, probably heavy carrots, add beef chicken to it. Check alot of Tube channel s to get the specifics, Also The Platanos with basically anything. Fried boiled mashed. Platano s to us Dominican s is like Potatoes 🥔 to Irish, miracle s. Well have a Great Leo ♌️ portion of the year n Above all a GREAT SUMMER. 🌞🌞

@@AuntieRachelsChaoticKitchen "Habichuelas con dulce" is very vegan friendly. Mostly you just need to substitute out the milk. Would be a great Mardi Gras episode as it's traditionally eaten at Lent. The most Dominican dish is Sancocho stew if you're looking to challenge yourself by subbing out three or four different kinds of meat for vegan substitutes. Mofongo could be adapted pretty easy. Bacalaitos is a possibility if you're looking for a pilsner beer (Presidente) pairing. It's a heavily salted dish though so I'm not sure how authentic you can get the flavor also I'm from Florida so our veggie versions use "heart of palm" and that's a highly questionable food as far as global impact goes.

While I don't get the impression that Ms. Rachel needs anyone to play white knight savor on her behalf, I do feel compelled to tell you it's not a good look putting up such pointless negativity on such a small and innocuous platform. You might want to look into what about your personality compells you to be purposely nasty to someone posting cooking videos for mostly her own personal enjoyment and the delight of a small community of fans of not just hers but her cooking tips.

Are you not using Iodized salt at all? And if not where are you getting your iodine from in your diet?
If you enjoy the content a creator is putting out, please take a few steps to help them grow. (especially up and coming channels) Direct financial support is of coarse the most valuable but not an option for everybody but a few simple steps can really help a channel out. Of course, hit the subscribe button and follow that up with a thumbs-up click. Then try to resist the temptation to skip through the ads as actually watching the ads can actually double the revenue a channel earns stick around for the ads at the end of the video too. Then take a second to leave something in the comment section. Engagement in the form of likes and comments helps the video end up in other RUclips watchers' feeds. And a nice word of encouragement goes a long way in brightening a creator's day which is pretty basic for someone who is making something you enjoy.
