What I like about learning about what a narcissist is is it is now so much easier to move on and avoid these people. After I realized my sister is one I also understood my coworker is one and another 2 coworkers were also ones. Easier to not waste time on those people. Understanding makes the avoidance of them so much easier.
Morning Elizabeth hope you are well. I am guilty of wishing that I had the same as what the new supply had with the ex wife back in 2009 - 2010, when I started counselling I focused on myself. Only last year learning about narcissism I realised the new supply was being treated the exact same way I was treated in the love bombing stage.
