In my opinion, this home is garbage... The floors squeak and the roof/ceiling looks in very bad shape. When you were walking to the back and passed the second door you could see daylight through the crack of the door even though the door was shut. The park obviously is not well taken care of the streets have potholes and the neighborhood doesn't look very safe at all. Under the trailer should be properly investigated or broken straps or other problems... This trailer has additions added on by the original homeowner if it was not permitted by the city and county then the new buyer will have to remove any addition that was not permitted before escrow will go through. Folks, $30,000 can buy you a nightmare 😢

Just make sure the land is zoned to allow a mobile home. In Georgia, some counties have restrictions on minimum Sq footage and whether it’s stick built or mobile/manufactured homes.
There is no elbow room... The windows don't open... The back room doesn't have a door... No room outside if you want to make BBQ and hang out with your family and friends... A burglary bar door?.. how is this better than living in a RV?. I felt claustrophobic just looking at it... ,,👎 🤨
