I like this floorplan at first glance. But here goes the list. I don't see the sense in putting a floor register next to the toilet in the first bathroom you went into. That's just dumb. They need to put a pocket door in there, too. I like the color of the floors and walls. Master suite is nice. But I would prefer one sink and a vanity section instead. The shower doors are cute. I like the kitchen cabinet storage but not the color. Sink us too big and I would rather have more bar space since there's no designated dining space. It's just a shame what houses cost these days. I like the layout of this home. Very different from the old way they used to make them. Love the laundry room separated off. I'd use part of the small bedroom to make a small pantry and no carpet throughout the house
I really like it. The only thing is with small closets I'd want the door to open outward towards me, opposite of what's in the video. That way you can utilize the entire space as well as the back of the door.
One thing that would be good if one of these companies would make in a single wide a bathroom or pantry that is not connected to the outside walls. So if a bad storm come..it can be a small safe room. To keep safe
Storm rooms ideally should be site built of masonry construction. Special adaptation would need to be part of the design process. Not impossible but requires coordination and adaptation. It’s a great idea.

I like the open airy feel and the size of the living room and kitchen. I like the second bath placed off the laundry and back door. It is also convenient to the guest bedrooms. The master is perfect for my needs.
I have this floor plan by Fleetwood but we ordered it at the end of 2019 and got the 2020 upgraded model. We love ours ❤ Bit the price has gone up $20,000 since we bought ours.
One of the things I check out with a single wide or smaller is do they use a couch (3 seater) or a loveset (2 seater) in the living. A loveset will usually tell you it is a smaller living room. This one with an actual caoach seems plenty big for a single wide lving room. Not enough drawers in the kitchen. That sink is the bathtub for the baby LOL!!!
I like this one! The way the front door is off to the side it makes the living room seem bigger. The price is great especially if you want to downsize and have extra money to live off of.
I love this home!!❤❤ It's so spacious! The master bedroom/bathroom has so much natural light. I loke the windows in the master bathroom, and im fine with just the shower! The kitchen and living room are so spacious! Perfect home for just me! Also, I love Biloxi. I have family there, and i would love to attend these shows! I noticed the famous IP hotel and casino in the backround. Nice!! 👍😊

I like the layout. It doesn’t have the normal layout like all the other single wides. The little hallways on both sides of the kitchen is very unique. I never comment so that lets me know that I ❤this one!! Great job on touring this one.
It’s a decent singlewide and thanks for showing those they’re my favorite! The only thing that really bugged me was a floor vent right in front of my stove!?? You’re always going to be standing on it.

This is over the top for a single wide. I would have considered this style a couple of years ago if it was available. Some of the amenities are better than my new double wide 2yrs old...great built-ins Not to mention the size.The master bedroom is huge❤

The door to the laundry in the second bath to be a pocket door. Also the bigger of the other 2 bdrms have a larger closet. Otherwise a great little MIL place vs a MIL suite on property of one of the kids. @Chance I’d love to see a few cottage style MIL modular if you run across any! Thanks, once again showing some nice affordable places for older parent’s to still be independent but close to kids and grands!
This is my favorite single-wide layout. Buccaneer had a similar one a few years back that may be discontinued. Great to see the tape+textured walls and tiled shower at this price point.

Nicely finished and definitely a solid value. Its really the same price as a fancy park model - but with three times the square footage. My only gripe is with the exterior style for these type of single wides: is if they could do away with the short mobile home roof that doesn't have any overhanging eves or much architectural style. I realize they do that for shipping reasons - but I think if they could figure out how to give single wides a conventional roof with eves that sales would really take off. I might be wrong, that is just my opinion.
Like the master bathroom, the bedrooms are a bit small but this home has some good points that could be even better with some of the suggestions I've mentioned. I personally would delete the built-in in the entryway so I could put My curio cabinet there. Put some upper cabinets above the washer and dryer too. I do really like that the upper kitchen cabinets go all the way up to the ceiling increasing the amount of storage possible.
I love the colors and design of this home. The sinks are wonderful. The floors are beautiful. The laundry room is nice and large with storage. I don’t care for the tiny 3rd bedroom. To me it would only be good for a small office or storage.
I wasn't interested in the last home at all, but because you asked, I'll go watch it, lol. This one is really nice. I'd prefer a tub in the master but it's still beautiful. 💜
I love the shower, wow! I've been sad the price of mobile homes has gone up so high, but when camper vans are 60k plus, I guess that puts it in perspective.
I love it all I want a two bedroom house 😮I been waiting so long we had a 4 bedroom 2 baths in the 90’s . We want a home to retire there now. So beautiful
That's gorgeous. I love every detail. One thing I'd ask for is a bench and a removable shower head in the master bathroom. I'll take it as it is, furniture too! I'd probably put the TV where the settee is. The small bedroom would good for the cat room and our treadmill and a spare room on the end. Perfect for me and my fiance. Cats too 😄😻

Pocket doors would be good, especially in the hall bathroom where the two doors meet in front of the tub. Very awkward 😐

There is no safe room in a manufactured home. It's a physical impossibility in a structure that has no foundation.
If a big storm or tornado hit this is the last place I'd want to be in.
