I grew up in a mobile home almost identical to this one except that it had a second bedroom at the front end. The back bedroom, kitchen and snack bar layout is identical. The glass doors, back door, windows, the door handles -- all the same. It was called a Biltmore mobile home. The bathtub and shower faucet are the same. Seeing this one just brings back good memories and gives me hope that the original mobile home built in 1963 that I grew up in Missouri may still be around somewhere.
I would of left the original sink in the first home and taken out the carpet and put linoleum instead easier to keep up. Glad I found your channel because I'm in the market for looking for a home to purchase.
In sacramento california Which is a high rent area Depending on where you buy they can Start. At a thousand dollars for the lot Which does not include water and electricity.Or sewer. I have one A few years ago I was paying six hundred dollars for the lot. Now I pay. Eight hundred. But i've heard some very bad nightmares about lot fee increases. I live in a 55 plus park and the rent is controlled. They can only raise it two percent per year. I have a three bedroom two bath Fourteen hundred square feet that I paid eighty five thousand four. Now the going price is close 2 two hundred thousand. A Studio apartment. about two thousand dollars to rent. My mobile home is very beautiful inside and out I got tired of the rent increases on apartments The lot fees go up a lot slower. The ones that he shows are very hard to sell. But the larger ones sell faster
I'm so glad I found your channel. I have very fond memories of my grandparents older single-wide and think it would be a great project to get one and refurbish it in a mid-century style, but it looks like getting financing on older mobile homes is next to impossible. Do you have any advice for people looking to pick up smaller units like this? do we just need to save up and pay cash, or is there another process you recommend? Thank you.
do you work in solano county nor cal? do you know if its a 55+ community since I am 55 and my son (autistic and i am his care provider) can we live in a 55+ community?

Hello do you have any manufacture homes w land included to buy?
So for that first home since you are helping the park owners get rid of some of the older homes, will you be picking it up and moving it?
These homes are being sold in place.
Very nice mobile park.

I'm buying a piece of land . I want to M place a manufactured home ther. Can I sell or rent after I have everything set up.
They actually look very nice. I wouldn't mind living there. It would be cheaper!

I want to buy it.
As an investor / realtor - can you buy and rent this out? if so, what would it rent for? Thanks
That’s a great question. Most communities do not allow subletting.
Nice video, but your voice ( volume ) too small and the music too loud.
You don't see tile countertops because they are unsanitary. The grout traps bacteria. 🤦🏼♀️
Are you a real estate agent?
Just imagine that home in the state of Florida. You would be roasting in a tin can at 500 degrees.

HOA fees
Fees vary depending on the community. Rent in this community was around $1,000
This park has bad reviews. What a shame the owners don’t get a better management.

Space rent in Covina is high. I’m in Anaheim and mobile home rent is higher than my mortgage.
This community has smaller homes that are older, but it is well maintained. Call 866.720.2207.
