We stayed at Pam's house for one week, waiting for our unit to be ready. Its super clean and well supplied! Daniela is an amazing property manager, she goes above and beyond! We loved the roof top! The view is beautiful and the breeze was nice! So close to nature!
What I love most about these videos is not only are they super high quality, but you guy's are dropping some financial pearls!!💗 Thanks for the great work, Shelly and I are so happy to enjoy these videos!!
for me the roof terrace is what makes the price worth it... hope Paul's sister has success renting it out! I stayed quite close to here when I was in Bucerias, but living in an authentic neighbourhood - 20 de Noviembre y Lucio Blanco.
LOVE Terralta 1! LOVE that it's a gated community with security guards. LOVE the little parks, i think there's 3, including the basketball court (which also has the nice walking "circle" on the outside of the basketball court). I'm on Sauce & across from my condo, there's a nice little narrow greenbelt with palm trees & shrubs with orange blossoms. The landscaping people do a GREAT job with upkeep. Recently, after a HUGE storm, there were palm leaves, etc., all over the place! This was late at night. The next morning, the maintenance people were out taking it ALL on! Cleaned up, probably before some people were up! Lol. (It is a semi-retirement place, as well, afterall & sleeping in?? i think MAY be a requirement.lol!) LOVE all the street lamps, which makes it nice for people taking walks in the late evening or early morning! Also, our HOA fees include garbage pickup 3 times a week. 🤗 AND it IS a 15 minute walk to the beach, front & center of the beach, from my front door. I'm short & walk slower than i used to, lol but i think a 15 minute walk to La Playa is GREAT! (i just can't take the HEAT . ...and then....the HUMIDITY!) 🥵 I've fallen in love with my condo since i redecorated & did some light remodeling in the kitchen ... i just can't take the HOT weather here! 😔 Can't say it hasn't been an adventure! 😎 God bless the people coming in & may His help be great towards those in the transition, because it IS a process, for sure. And thank you, sir, for your videos! i may have seen a few before i got here & now i see my Terralta 1 featured. How cool is that??! 😎 Take care, stay & God bless! Thank you for your contribution in getting info out there! 🤗
Great job decorating Daniella! Jack and I finally sold our house and move to a smaller one in about 3 weeks. Due to the low Cdn $ we will rent for 3-4 weeks in Bucerias this season. So keep an eye out for us to rent. No stairs. Ocean side. $1200 us per month or so works for us. Glad the hurricane missed you guys.
Very nice cozy place. Danelia did a great job on all the decor, when my wife and I move out there I will hire her😃. That ocean view from the Terrace is awesome. Be careful guys with this whole economic turmoil that we're going to go through but I think it will get much better in about 2 or 3 years. My prayers go out to you and your families🤗
What a pleasant surprise!! This is my new digs once I get down there in about a month! Dani is definitely good people and was great to deal with and figure things out. That roof top deck is calling my name! Thanks for another great video and hasta Pronto! 🙏
I love the terrace of the condo you shared! Outdoor living space is so important! What's the single person''s community like in Bucerias? I'm moving to Vallarta next month but want to explore different areas north and south as well. Thanks for the great video!
Can't wait for the budget video!! Looking forward to our trip to Bucerias in early February. Thanks again for all the wonderful content you both provide.
Yes, the ship is sinking, I’m fleeing the US ship, Mexico here I come! 😊 Great video! Nice place, love the terrace. I’m looking for apartments now, so it is very helpful 👍🏻🙏🏻
I hope you continue showing rental property, I would be interested in a small casa/condo with a little privacy. Something with local charm that makes me feel like I'm living in Mexico.
Great video guys, you forgot to say the name of the Taco Stand 😂. I hope it’s near the entrance of Terralta 1. You can’t rent a place and not have good tacos handy.
Many USA and Canadian citizens are nervously watching the economy and banking systems in their countries become more unstable? Maybe it would be a good idea to invest in Mexico property?
$1200 a month? For that house? You have to be kidding. Those are Gringo prices and that’s mind boggling that anyone would pay that for that house anywhere in Mexico except maybe Baja California just south of San Diego where the Californians live and those places are near the ocean
@@1chourse actually the current inflationary pressures are global which has to do with the US, Canada and major European countries expanding QE policies which provided trillions in cheap money. That along with the Covid lockdowns and expansion of green policies has created the huge inflationary pressures we see today. Americans (gringos) buying real estate and mangos are a very small part of the inflationary equation.
Well if you compare globally to see if Mexico is truly more affordable yes it is. In general, depending what US city your are in, a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome with this similar finishing in a beach neighborhood (forget about being on the water) will run between 4,000 and 7,000 usd per month. Might be tougher to find in that price range on the ocean side but we will keep an eye out. 😃

Nice area, and very close to beach. 1200.00 per month is a really good price. I wish I would have seen this when I rented great location.

Another great video with really good information! Makes me feel even better about investing in Mexico!
Gracias!

Hi William! We will keep an eye out for something like that.
I love a little cow smell...chickens in the background is ok too
tell me about the plumbing? is there decent pressure to serve the showers and toilets?
The plumbing is decent. There is a pump on the roof that creates a good amount of water pressure so you can take nice showers.
Lots of great information here. Thank you.
De nada
Good deal…the rental is probably more in the price range of most people. Nice place.
Thanks Mikey-Gee!
as a single person would like to see the 1 bed 2 bath unit you were talking about. enjoy the videos though keep em coming.
Stay tuned!
The thing about investing is you gotta be willing to eat your losses and move to something that's on the way up.
Thanks for sharing 😉
Nice place it looks familiar . Love the third floor. Best part of the video to me is Joels rants. You tell it like it is.
Balls and strikes.

Haha don’t worry. You can always find the tacos in the description 😉
DOH! Los Dorados 👍🏻
There’s a popular el pastor taco place and Feliz taco just outside of terralta 1 😋 🌮

Personally we think it is.
Love your content and couldn't agree more.
Muchas gracias!
Great job as always!
Gracias!
$1200 a month?!?! That's insane! You can get a great place for less than half that!
Really? Can you share a link?
Great content. Well done.
Thank you!
Where did she get the chairs? I need those for my terrace.

How long (in minutes) would the drive be to the PV airport on a weekday morning from Bucerías? Trying to determine if Bucerias works for us. Thanks
About 30 minutes
Show a rental for 2K a month, that would be nice. Love your content
We will find some in that price range. Stay tuned!
Wow $1200 a month for a 3 bed, 10 minute walk to the beach with an ocean view - that’s a steal!
Yes good deal!
Cool video!
Gracias!
I want to rent that place :)
Send an email to Daniela info@beachlifemexico.com
Definite gringo price. Not a price locals would even consider, even wealthy ones. Poor value.
Thanks for sharing

Dumb ass says what?
The price is actually competitive for the area.
Ah, the dreaded Gringo inflation!

I'm not a big fan of Bucerias and I'd expect more than THAT at those price level - color me gone on this one.
To each his own. Thanks for watching.
Sorry! I just returned from a day trip to Mex. and very tired, but a bit worn out with all the driving. Maybe inflation is rising?

Yes pet friendly.

Too expensive
Not good
Way to much. No Gracias
What is your price range?
@@MovingToMexiCo We own our home. No debt. Always looking for comparisons. The idea is to not Californicate Mexico. Keep the costs affordable.
@@happyinparadise7812 so
The 90% owners in this community are Mexicans. So that’s Californacating ? Interesting
You have to be more flexible
1,200 a month is too much for Mexico
It’s possible to pay less and even much much more in Mexico.
