Oh Cathe, I absolutely LOVE this class!!!! Love the new moves, the use of the loop and gliders, the lying leg circles really opened up my hip!!! I started class with some tight hip flexors but that move took it away!! Everything about this one was perfect. DEFINITELY a favorite!!!! Thank you!!!
