Trent I really like these exercises. Thank you for helping with shoulder mobility it is so important.
Thanks for sharing these exercises!
Thank you for watching! 💙
Thanks for the workout 😊
I've heard that once that weight becomes really easy when you are lifting, you're ready for more weight.
Thanks
You're welcome! 💙
Good morning. If I start with 2 lb weights how do I know when I am ready to move up? Thanks for everything
With all exercises you should struggle just a bit to do the last one or two. When you're able to do all the reps always maintaing good form and without stress then you are ready to move up in weight.
When that weight starts to feel really eaay, then it’s time to move up to the next size
Thanks for Sharing 😅💪💥💦
How many pounds are you using ?
He says 7 pounds before the first exercise, but encourages you to use what works for you. 👍
Thank you. I'm 71. Am I too old to start?
Never too old, I’m 80 and I only started a year ago.
@@judithgrace8359 oh girl! Really? What did you start out with? Thank you! That's encouraging.
@@laurafloyd6554 I started with the ten minute videos. Then when I felt comfortable with those I went on to sample others and picked the ones I could manage. I was motivated by April’s mom, sat in the chair at first then tried some light weight standing ones. Now I can do any and all of the videos. Good luck, you can do it! Don’t give up!
Absolutely not. You can start any time, just adjust as needed.
@@judithgrace8359 good for you! It's never too late to start.
I'm 62yrs. Old❤😅💦💪💥
