Beautiful video! I would like to put this out there, tho if I may and with respect. Like Qigong and Meditation according to TCM (traditional chinese medicine) TaiChi should not be done if you are in a negative/emotional/mental state. It will amplify those conditions and can make things worse if not balanced out with more yang based movements. However, depending on factors like age or physical limitations, what one movement for one person may be more yin could be more yang for the next. Everyone is different. Amituofo 🙏
