I’m tuned in. My mediation is in 13 days, and I’m ready to view the mediation brief in the next week or so. I will know then what my attorney is demanding in the mediation. I just know this video will be a good one. As always you never fail to disappoint. Thanks Vince!

@NurseBaddie I just want to say thank you for your service during the nightmare time 3 years ago. Yes, I do know what the setting looks like .. yes the Filippino nurses laughing and joking yes I see that and am aware of that type of setting. When I was a New York City Dept of Health city worker, not the lazy one and I was out in the frontline all five boros. I have seen all types of settings. Also, I know where Beverly Hill is.I have been there when I was living in California as long as I live I think I have seen enough to ruin my idealism. To this day, my friend's husband even told me what the hell did you call an attorney. I am sorry you have to go through that and you will get through it. Survival of the fittest!

@@annielin2894 aww thank you! I’m also sorry you have had to experience harsh treatment on the frontline as well. This was during the height of Covid so it made it that much more difficult to bear. I still have daily anxiety attacks, because I am constantly thinking about the worst possible outcome of any scenario I’m placed in at work. I barely get any sleep. It’s not fun at all. Even settling or going to trial won’t matter much, because I am left with these crippling thoughts every single day. So much that I’m retiring this year after being an RN for 9 years. I am mentally and emotionally worn out🥹.

I am high functioning autistic, older female and have been a strong worker at the same place for 20 years and never had trouble at work. I'm the only female lead person, and my new bosses treat me like garbage. I am the only employee who gets ignored when I ask for help or try to turn a safety issue in. They literally ignore me. They put more work on me than the men and I have 1/2 thick of documentation and have had to start counseling because of how mean they are to me. I would like to think I'm covered under the ADA since I am diagnosed autistic, ADHD, tourettes, and depression. I told the HR but it's still happening. I am thinking that I may need to speak to a lawyer because I am tired of going to work with the stress I have endured for the past few years. My bosses are both bullies and no one likes them.

Hello Mr. White. Is it true that winning the case would always depend on the composition of the jury? I spoke with an attorney regarding my discrimination case, and he told me that my chance of winning is slim because in my county, most members of the jury are Republican. I thought winning would also depend on how good the trial lawyer is... What can you say on this?

I am curious about Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. I am currently working on a lawsuit with strong retaliation--which included targeting me in a way to affect my PTSD (also suing for disability discrimination) IIED included in punitive damages for retalation?

Take the highest offer in mediation. Trial requires more attorney cost, courtroom cost and Judges to be paid. Settlements are better. You can take that Win and put 200k into a CD Account.

California and New York are among the best. Oregon and Washington State have some advantages as well, but it always depends on the specific claim.

Crossing my fingers I get a huge amount. They wrongfully terminated me and retaliated after I complained about a manager cussing at me. Then they tried to send a paper trail of little things I was “doing wrong” then they came to pick up company car two weeks later. And said I was let go.

Hey man, love your videos, been a great help in proper information. I have a question on recorded audio in Texas.... My boss and his wife were talking about my mother being a lesbian and when I had said that It made me uncomfortable and that I just wanted to focus on my work, a couple days later I was strategically fired. I have the audio confirming they're comments and carelessness, and I want I have lawyers working hard for me on my behalf. I've been homeless going on 8 months now and I've lost everything even my girlfriend (ex) because of how it affected me. I feel like I'm losing my mind man. Is there hope for me you think?

Can you add a retaliation claim anytime? I have already submitted my rebuttal to the employer's position statement for a case involving not being hired. I have been thinking about the potential employer's actions and think they also retaliated against me. I am wondering if it is too late to now ask for a retaliation claim to be added to the case.

    Hello Vince,
What if EEOC case also involving personal injury with all the other elements such as sex, wrongful and discrimination, disability & being dually filed with the HRC.
Will the whole case get settled in medation with insurance carrier, if medation is declined by employer in the EEOC filing.
Your channel is very informative, thank you 👍🏼

Hello, I commented on a recent video of yours, and this one just showed up on my timeline. Can you please give your opinion on what $ I should put in the complaint for federal & state law? I’m currently pro se.
I experienced 5exual har@ssment, retaliation, r@cism, and disability discrimination from May 2020- November 2020, and was moved around despite not wanting to be. And disability accommodation was ignored. The 5sexual harassment was from managers and employees such as using certain keywords that are inappropriate, gossiping and spreading rumors about me. And holding standards to me that others did not have to follow? I also suffered mental and emotional distress that led to physical pain. I’m going to submit the complaint today. 🌞
