So, during a pre trial voluntary mediation is it common that after doing damages calculation the plaintiff has say $75,000 in actual lost wages…ignoring all other damages….should a plantiff during mediation or even direct settlement talks expect the defendant to try to not pay the full actual lost wages? How frequently do defendants agree with actual damage calculation being reasonable but argue they don’t even want to pay the full lost wages? In brief, plantiff just wants lost wages and just doesnt want to worry about other damages emotional and others. The plantiff just wants to be made whole on lost wages and put the situation behind them.

He had employees and customers laughing at my expense and i have it all on audio video recording. Help me please.
Can anyone recommend a good civil rights attorney to file a lawsuit under section 1981? This is employment related. I am the only black among all Asians in the accounting department. Thanks

If you want people to have a working knowledge of how cases are valued, maybe offer a rudimentary working knowledge of how cases are valued.
