Steve, I know you won't see this as it's a full year later, but I just wanted to say a big Thank You for making this video! I know when I first watched it ages ago, I was too chicken to mess with resin, so I knew very little - and understood less! - what you were talking about. Now that I've been resining for several months, this video is *very* helpful, A real God-send! So, again, Thank You, Steve! ❤
These are so pretty. I've always liked glitter. I've not ever been quite as obsessed as you dear, but.... I'm beginning to fear, that I'm following in your footsteps as of late ;) lmao. You are becoming a bad glitter habit for me hehe.
He is an enabler😂 My mom and hubby were dreading the day our kids were old.enough to do the glitter projects in art class at school. Lo and behold, momma beat them to it 😂 Now Steve has me putting glitter in everything and my kids are loving it because it means glitter for them too
Steve, these are so pretty; I bet they'd even look prettier in person. I can't wait to try this technique. Thankx again for your videos; they're all so interesting.
Love, love, love!!!!! Beautiful. Thank you for this video. I love mica powders and didn't know you could get the feather effect using it. I also never saw the glitter on the back which is really cool!
They're all really pretty. I love the glitter on the backs! I just watched your video on fading alcohol inks and wondered what to use instead. So glad this video popped up next 😊.
Steve! I want to thank you for the help with getting a mold off a piece of work. I bought a big fat goldfish mold, but it's not silicone, it's what appears to be a hard plastic. I soaked it in warm soapy water for 30 min or so and while it wasn't the easiest de-molding, it came out without damaging the mold or the work. THANK YOU STEVE!!! If I hadn't known about that I would have cut the mold off the work.
I like both methods! Both turned out very pretty. I never thought to add glitter to the back of my casts. I wanna try this technique and see how it turns out! Thanks for the video!
I like the 2nd batch best, and of that batch I liked the same one you said you liked best (mostly blue color) Thanks for showing us how to do this! They are all beautiful!
Since I like both I guess I cannot select a preference. Both are lovely. Such subtle changes create so many design options. Thank you for presenting both options during the same video. In spite of wearing gloves any time I work with alcohol inks I usually end up with multi-colored skin. Your technique can help me avoid stained hands. Plus it is much more affordable.

So cool lots of people are doing this but I made it look easy and beautiful thank You Steve
I really like the ones with not so much resin in them, there’s just something that seems much more delicate about them.
Love both but the 2nd bunch is lush! Never thought of doing feathering with Mica Powders xxx
My two favorites are the red ♥️ with gold, and the blue one.. tonight is the first time watching your videos, and I want to try this.
