    Perfect session! I’ll have to revisit this and the extended version once fully recovered. Modified the kneeling sequence by using the moon box. Feeling much more energized than when I woke up.

    That last shoulder mobility exercise was challenging, might drop down to a medium next time I repeat this (I’ve some kind of issue with one of my shoulders)
