thank you for the video. Much appreciated. I got this as a gift. Only comment is using the iron only even at turbo setting is not hot enough to use alone to get rid of the wrinkles. I thought it mus be defective (?) but using it wth steam will get rid of the wrinkes. So I'm hesitant at this time to give a 5 star review.

I was only about to replace the regular iron I’ve had when a friend of mine bought this 2 in 1 steam and iron at Costco ; I’ve never own clothes steamer before; I do have trouble removing the attachments.. would possibly risk burning my hand if I’ve to exchange attachments from one to another in between ironing different clothes materials ?

The second time I used it, a lot of water was coming out and wetting fabric. Have I done something wrong? First time didnt happen

I have this steamer and it spits so much water on the floor. After a few minutes of steaming there is a giant pool of water on the floor and my shirt is still full of creases. Does it happen to you as well or did I get a faulty unit? It emits steam but it leaves behind a huge mess of water
Did anyone have a hard time to pull out the attachment? Mine is stuck with the steamer and was not able to pull it out. 😢
