Nice video Yana...But!!! No one in their videos mentioned that YOU HAVE TO PRIME THE STEAMER BEFORE THE FIRST USE! and after it has not been used in awhile. To prime; fill the reservoir but do not place in the steamer; then turn the steamer on (it should make some soft noises) and let it heat until the blue light stops blinking then attach the reservoir. Select your setting and then hit the steam button. This unit works like a charm for me on Suits and Sport Coats with the brush attachment and I don't even use the turbo setting. I use settings 3-5 on even the toughest jobs and the reservoir has enough capacity to do a couple suits or sport coats:)

The instructions say the "priming" means filling the inner tank with water. The inner tank is located inside the unit above the reservoir. Hence to prime, the reservoir must be attached to the unit.

One other thing; you can press the steamer button at any time to let it set (you'll hear it turn off) then press it again to continue steaming.:)

I’m glad I have found this channel! Do you wash your clothes first before you steam them?

I just bought this, and hardly any steam comes out. Even on the highest settings. So disappointing.

This is very important! You have to prime the steamer first and not one video mentioned this. Fill the reservoir but! do not place it on the steamer yet. Turn the steamer on until the blue light stops blinking; you will hear some slight noise coming out of the steamer after the light shows the steamer is ready place the reservoir in correctly then select the steamer setting to either 1-5 then press the steamer button. I did this the first time I used it and it worked perfectly. I use it on my suits and sport coats with the brush attachment on the 4-5 setting...it's so good! Maybe after the nine months you have it figured out. I didn't even have to use the turbo! Folks, read the directions!

I wish you would just get to the point and do the demo instead of the stories. Sorry but I only want product info as every video I’ve watched involves too much waffling talk by each RUclipsr.

This is not a steamer for seniors; heavy to hold, danger of burning wit very hot steam.
