i would need to see pictures of the existing heater to figure out how much repiping and materials i would need but we will only install our own heaters not heaters purchased elsewhere because we can't guarantee the condition

Hello, I reside in Casselberry, FL. What size tank would you suggest for a 4 bd 2 bath home? 3 of us take showers and 1 of us only takes baths. There is a washer and dishwasher in the home also.

i would recommend the RTEX18 because of the bathtub. when you are filling the bathtub no one else can use hot water.
