    Thats happening in my part of Fl too. Doubled rent in 8 months no upgrades nothing. Disability is not enough to survive on.

    Good cause when my rent went up 126 dollars, there were no upgrades to the gym, yard, park, pool or upkeep, not even a new trash compost. Their reason? Its going up so theyre keeping up. Nothing to do with them having higher taxes or whatnot. Theyre wrong amd need to be stopped

      My space rent $800 not including utilities but it’s a very nice low crime senior park .

    I hope they win. Need to go to legislature to change the laws on how much rent can be increased.

    Park owners can do whatever they want in Florida when it comes to lot rent as long as they are "in line" with other parks in the area.
    The law sucks.

      Ronnie Dee anis probably got a lot of money from the industry to allow the increases. Corporate greed is simply maximizing profit margins at the cost of human lives.

    Property tax is up every year! Is there a chance the tax coming down? People need to look at the city who collect tax!!

    This is big BS !! The lot rent in our park keeps going up - as much as two times a year. It's a small clean park - but we have NO amenities at all - nothing to justify the big increases. I've sent letters to the bigwig owners, and get no reply at all. A complaint to our on site manager is received with a uncaring smile, and "there are parks that are higher than this one" ... Some are trying to sell to get out of here - but the lot rents override very affordable selling prices ! As word gets out about how high the lot rents are - with no cap at all , few want to have to deal with them.

    Come to Perry FLORIDA EVERETT Trailer Park (No Ran by India) They in the Same shape! These Rundown Trailers look the same way!! Remt went to $750 for a 2 bed room rundown Shack!

    These parks were built on cheap land and the land owners want to realize and deserve to obtain the increase the land value equity for the highest and best use. This is about capitalism and the lawsuits will fail. Save your money, do not hire lawyers. I doubt the taxpayer will want to help. It is all legal. Just move.
