I have 2006 Dodge Magnum 5.7 Hemi AWD miles 268,675 miles runs Great💙it
+Lakeisha Cherry take it to a million girl!
Lakeisha Cherry any major issues?
Did you purchase it from new in 2006 till now 268,675 mile? And have you had any maintenance issues? I'd like to see more videos.
And even if you modified it with something simple. Just as way of
documenting your build and notating the durability and craftsmanship of the Dodge
brand. I was read in the comments of another RUclipsrs channel a
number of people are saying they'd
Love to see a new Hellcat powered
707hp" Hellwagon" if you will . I'd recommend checking Facebook to and other social media Outlets to see if that idea is gaining traction??
Thanks.
Lies
What kind of maintenance have you done to it?
Best domestic muscle wagon ever made hands down!!
Eastwood I'd have a cts-v wagon if I got to choose
bert smith yup
V6 engines keep self destroying needing work. Hard to change thermostats and damn near impossible water pump to change. Besides constant head problems. V6 engines suck.....
Wish they were still making these....
*CTS-V Wagon would like to know your location*
2005 with 303,000 Miles. Wouldn’t trade it for the world haha
Any problems?
@@millytopshotta Man, a lot has changed the last 3 years. I sold her and got a work truck. That thing was still running strong bro. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned
I have had many US brands, and Dodge is no worse than the others are. On the contrary, when it comes to top performance hot looks and overall badass appeal, its got to be Mopar or no car for me.
Dodge via are good and the prntastar v6 is not bad but the 4cyl are made by fiat they are horrible and dodge electronics are pretty bad and there transmission are the worst the zf 8 speeds are not dodges but they use them and they are good units and dodge has turned around intrems of being more reliable idk maybe better then chevy because if you look at chevy and go to the dealer or ask tech at Chevy dealers that are honest I mean there's quite a few things wrong with a lot of there stuff a lot of small stuff but the two worst thing are probably there na v6 that stretches timing chain it's not even turbo so come on chevy and ther 4cyl piston rings are trash techs put new pistons under warranty on them mf like crazy and timing guides on the 4cyl are know to break ford there ecoboost engines leak oil and some models of turbo are known to go bad around 100k but if you look at other manufacturers with turbo engines its kinda the norm I work on fords as a tech there ok not as good as toyota but toyota doesn't do anything they play everything safe so.. but ford is honestly a good company
I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT with 314,000 miles. zero issues
What have u replaced ova years
Jesus christ how has the engine not burnt out
Thats awesome haha
Not even front end bushings?
Beautiful car! I just bought a 2006 Magnum RT with 70,000 miles on it. Car looks showroom new! Will do my best to keep it looking that way.
Bro I watched so many videos to convince to get this car tommorow and your video did it!! Shout out DAD LIFE
He's very well spoken. I have a 2012 charger R/T with 62000 on it. I also keep my daily spotless. It looks better now and at any given day of the week than most brand new cars look in less than one week of ownership. It's true that the cleaner you keep your ride that energy transfers into you and your mood reflects that
+ROUSH4203 that's the way it should be, I have major respect for guys like that because I know what it takes to keep a car as clean as you do.
A nicely crafted video, B&W, and the music are great, very talented.
It's different and it stands out. I love it bro.
I have a 05 magnum with the 3.5, i bought it from my grandfather who bought it new, i bought it from him at 243k and it currently has 287,700, and surprisingly still running good. Never rebuilt the motor, tranny, anything. Only major thing replaced was the stock differential. My grandpa pulled a trailer around the U.S. with it and the original diff didn’t like that, other than that, badass car.
im telling you now. check your timing belt. mine went and now i need a rebuild.
nice attention to detail looks good!
You can make pretty much anything last as long as you maintain it. I got a 07 srt8 charger and I love that thing. Cool vid brother 👍🏼
2003 Town and Country with 270,283 miles, New York rusty and running!
170k on my 05 R/T AWD, its def not that clean, but no major issues for me to date. NEVER getting rid of my baby!
I met this guy in person, he's a really cool guy
Very nice ride super clean and i like the way the paint job is done .
+DUBZ285 it's a vinyl wrap, but thank you anyway !
Still looks very good .
+DUBZ285 amen to that
We also build custom body-kits for the Dodge Magnums , when you get a chance check out our work
on you tube videos .
Thanks from Dubzbodykit
Nice. I have a 2006 3.5 have it since brand new 230,000 miles and so far great.
Julio Gonzalez I had one with the 3.5 the engine wasn't a problem but the only problem I had with it was the transmission and that was 4 grand a pop. I ended up selling it
Looks great buddy .i feel the same way about my vehicles
+Chandler Lake hell yeah, thanks for not being a hater. The car is now on v3 bags btw, I also made a quick snippet of that in action
Owner's Agony I have a magnum to and I love it I have a 300 front end on mines
I have a immaculate Silver SRT8 with 189,000 miles on it. Love it and maintained like you. My kids had to take shoes off so they would not mess up back of front seat.
I'm at 194,000+ miles in my 2006 Dodge Magnum... So I'll be joining the group soon👍 ... But hands down yours is the cleanest I ever seen
+Anthony Swint awesome. Thanks for watching man.
Owner's Agony no problem any and every time
I just bought an 05 with 214k on it, runs like a champ. Needs a little work, but nothing major. And with an engine swap to the 6.4 Hemi or the Hellcat 6.2, these heavy cars will scoot.
I have166,000 plus miles on my 05 v6 though, still love it
V6 engines keep self destroying. Besides hard to change thermostats and damn near impossible water pump. Heads are aluminium keeps belowing head gaskets. V6 engines suck hands down.
Do you have any vids on how you got the subs to fit where you're spare tire should be pls?
Always loved magnums. Had a 3.5 missed it bought a r/t. 140k needs some shocks and work but I plan on keeping her for a long long time. Rebuild her if I have to. They are nice and people always appreciate a magnum.
Great look bro! I always liked the Magnums you gonna do a 6.4 swap? I still love my 2005 Hemi Ram still runs great with all my mods and she still looks sexy as hell I still get complimented on it and offers to buy
+barbaric1 he's been talking about doing the swap for a little bit, it's crazy expensive tho. But with his dedication to this car I don't doubt it'll be done one day.
+barbaric1 and I'm glad your ram is treating you so well. I just did a video on a 2016 Scat pack 6.4 and it totally won me over .
Nice! I got a 08’ Dodge Ram 1500 with a 4.7L Magnum V8, and it has 348,000 miles on it! Extremely reliable, just replaced the transmission 40,000 miles ago.
Holy cow , u inspired me to buy a dodge magnum with 250k miles on it , that I’m looking at , I guess this engine are bulletproof 👀
My mom has a 06 magnum 3.5 with less than 70,000 miles on....I drive truck for a living,as long as you perform preventive maintenance on your ride it will last.
I kinda want one now sick ride bro
I own a 2008 wagon and love it
I have a 2005 RT with 266 thousand and change...it runs like a champ. 💪
I bought my wife a 2007 Dodge Magnum and every time I go to the beach and anywhere else always get, you want to sell it do you want to sell it, it's awesome looking car the windows do look chopped but they're not the body is just bigger it's white and it really looks great at night I got bigger wheels on it a few other mods it's like less is more , it's just an awesome looking car it's
gets lots of looks got over a hundred sixty thousand miles still runs strong and we got it over 10 years ago,I hate to compare this but kinda reminds me of the old 55 ,56 ,57 Chevy nomads so unique look about it of being a wagon, best of luck with yours and thx 4 sharing..only made these for a few short years could be a sought up car with value in the future...just sayin
My first car was a 2005 dodge magnum broke down :(
But i am going to get a dodge magnum hemi next ✊🏽
I know a Puerto Rican the has a 85 shortbody ninety eight 2 door that he had since 92 and he still got it now in 2019 in perfect condition.
That's clean👌🏿 hands down. I had the option back in 2006 to get the r/t. Wish I would of had. I got the 3.5 high output instead. I love her she's a 2007. And still riding to this day. 22s to 24s. Micheal Jackson bad. Black and grey leather, black suede roof. Replaced all things old. All Bushings, all bearing, all rotors, lower control arms upper control arms, struts and shocks. Cruise control and just rideeeeeeee. Coming to a RUclips Channel near you 🤫🤫🤫🤫
Did you have any front end issues? Still trying to get the handling fixed on mine
Top Banana #137
2006 Daytona Charger R/T 152,000kms and pulling strong.
Replaced the ignition switch at 130,000kms.
Other than that everything else has been solid and sound.
I have a 2008 with 3.5 with 24" rims... i want to engine swap to the 2jz and make it AWD
Nice Modes.. I'm still working on my Veloster Turbo Hyundai on my channel
I'm the biggest fan of the magnum had mine in early 06
I have a 2005 sxt with 245k trans does a wierd flapping knock but shifts good knock on wood
Get rid of it Quick!
I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 5.7 liter and I have super high miles on it more then yours and all I have done is a transmission still going strong
I'm at 250,000 miles on my SXT still running good original Engine original transmission I just always changed my oil and fluid on time
Lovely magnum I'm cherishing mine 2006 230000 mileage run g re at
Got the 2.7 mag as my first car.. then engine blew up. Back to using moms 97 camry😄. Saved up for a while, then later got the 5.7 rt mag.. and 2 weeks later, the engine blew again. Cost 5k for new engine. Luckily found a mechanic that just happens to have a 5.7 rebuilt engine in his shop and he changed me 4k for engine and labor. Now it runs better than the first. But still paranoid about the car overheating
I have a 1997 Dodge Caravan with 167,000 miles on the original engine (3.3 V_6) and transmission. It runs great, has never failed to start, is comfortable to drive, hails 7 to dinner one day and full sized sheets of sheet rock or 10 foot 2x4s (inside out of the weather, the next day. One of the better vehicles I'd owned.
My rt magnum dropped a valve stem . Needed a new engine . I let it go . I still miss it
I have a procharger 06 magnum with 287k miles and still running strong. I also have a 2014 charger srt with 124k on a built motor with 200 nitrous. It too has no problems.
Now, my 2017 hellcat is another story. The supercharger, driveshaft and rear end was replaced at 12k miles. The motor itself was replaced at 20k. Go figure.
I just bought an 05 rt with 114 thousand miles about to put it on the road tomorrow
Do you have any problems with the magnum in nice car
I got the 05 2.7 Base over 250K Miles
The water pump is probably the only expensive thing that has gon bad on me. I love my Magnum
What was your maintenance schedule to get it to over 250K ?
@@supdookayyy8108 I changed my oil every 2 months and the trans fluid every 6 months.
What I forgot to mention was that the water pump is ran by the timing belt, so I had that replaced as well.
@@xxlrick ok , thanks for tha info . Thinking ab getting one
I gotta 05 Magnum with the 3.5, currently has 450000 miles
+Dilwinder Johal original drivetrain?
R u serious
What in the fuck no I'm gonna buy one for 2k

I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum SXT AWD 3.5 HO with just over 230,000 an it still going strong.
How is it running anything done major? I have the same
I have a 2006 300 5.7 just got hit with code u0101 would anyone know how to fix this issue
idk if you knew or not but Gm makes a cts v wagon. audi makes a a4 wagon theres a few wagons out there
+shawn chavis I'm aware, super expensive tho for the ctsv and you can't find it. And the a4 isn't exactly quick. But, fair point. Not sure if it's possible at all to get like a s4/rs4 avant here.
Owner's Agony you do have a point on the whole not being able to find a ctsv
nice👍I have the same year and I love it my has 187000
+MR RC awesome, keep it running
closed captions are all over lol, I guess it's computer generated? sick videos though
+TRUEPEOPLEENT yeah bro most of them are ! I don't have a lot of time to type them up unfortunately. And I appreciate it homie means a lot !
I found one same car and asked the price he said $4000 and milese is 140,000 i got confesed because its ma first time can any one suggest me please.
which is the most fuel efficient Magnum?
+DoubleAIV no such thing
DoubleAIV honestly, your going to get about the same with all of them from the power to weight ratio. Highway driving with my RT which is the Hemi I can pull 22-24mpg.
Mine averages 20 mpg and that's with the hemi
Mine has 208,000 miles and still runs like new.
I wanted info on the car 🤔
I have a 05 it’s a dam good car 26s On it everyday car best car I bought buy dodge
I'ma get one as a daily and modd the Cibic.
My 06 300c 270k miles and o,my 1 code on computer... Catalytic converter

10:26 engine light was finna come on
Traded gas guzzling 04 Avalanche for 06 2.7 Magnum. Only car I wanted. Love this MF 😎
From watching other vids + comments, Your Comment Section sealed the deal for me. Riding this 1 to my grave. I will just repair as needed and mod ( tastefully )
SALUTES ✌️
I must be the only one with a 2008 eveyone seems to get the 2005 version.
Just bought one
That's basically my car except I only have the 3.5 V6. Driven in back and forth cross country three times. 160K of reliable service. This is the last gas car I will own.
I guess this was when ram and dodge were one company instead of two.
I've got a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT All wheel drive with 100k. I bought it with 74. She's a baddie but these fucking sensors are going out Left and Right. It's about that time for it lol
Wonder if he gets hate for wearing that mighty morphing power Ranger shirt
My dad has a 08 magnum
If i had that car i WOULD CHANGE THE FRONT END FROM THE 2014 or 2018 CHARGER SRT8
LEXUS .
runs like a clock but replacing left side shocks and struts are driving lard ass to the poor house
He shouldn't get the 392. Keep the 5.7 build it. Probably can build it cheaper than swapping it and have it faster
Make it awd and diesel powered and I'm in
By the way. He is NOT putting 360hp to the wheels. Stock motor with CAI, exhaust and a tune will maybe hit 360 at the crank. So your talking may be close to 290 at the wheels. The factory HP rating is for the motor. Not to the wheels. Sorry to burst your bubble.
+Gabe A you're correct.
Bruh this is not 360 whp with just a intake
Nope. Nowhere near.
Its 340 stock tho 🤣🤣🤣 wym
314,000 miles and almost every light is on sxt awd
+Mrjarvisful lmao sorry dude
Video starts at 1:22
There is no way you make 360hp to the wheels. These are rated 340 at the crank and dyno tests have put them at 299whp. Intakes don't give you any power and a diablo tune will MAYBE give you +15.
Got a 2006 srt8 with 40,000 miles still smell like new
There was an srt8 wagon ??
@@OwnersAgony yep have one too, 06 77000 on her. Garage queen.
I get so tired of people saying the 5.7 hemi isn't fast. Omg. It so is. It's not a freaking twin turbo, supercharged, nitrogen boosted, direct injected, E85 turned fucking engine. My god.... when the engine was new in 05 to 10. The 5.7 hemi was praised for being reasonably price with good ...at the time mpg, and it's speed. It didnt beat the GM LS's 6.0 l engine but it stayed right beside the best of GM engine and Fords.
The 5.7 hemi is not fast.
@@OwnersAgony yes it is
My 5.7 has 273.000 on it an runs like new
I got 276,000 on my 05 3.5 HO
No way in hell you have 360hp dude lolll that 5.7 on dyno with intake and tune is only 260-280hp to wheels
Just don't get the 2.7 that thang slow!
360 to the wheels, he's over shooting it by about 80.
He modded his my guy . Notice he said “THIS one”
@@supdookayyy8108 360 to the wheels would require more than an intake and "a couple of little things". You're looking at heads and cam for those kind of number.
@@goodinsrt8 maybe tha “couple of little thing” was just things tht he didnt feel like mentioning . iWould have loved for him to go more in depth on what he changed/added so we could know what he’s REALLY working widd
@@supdookayyy8108 that would be about half the value of his car, he's not breaking 300 to the tires
@@goodinsrt8 false these model year hemis stock is about 300 to the wheels standard bolt ons can get you about 330-340 rwhp, add a cam then your at about 380z
Tools. Shut the computer off and power brake.
you made it look like a fucking civic..
take this shit down *NOW!* scotty kilmer has a reputation to maintain!
Magnum rt is fast the v6s our not but rt and srt our a go dafuq you mean it ain’t fast hater
+K.R.Reed we have different definitions of "fast".
the 3.5 is pretty quick you cant deny it
Sorry but the car looks like the circus is coming
