Sad to hear about the terrible customer service with Omnipod for you. I used to use the Medtronic 670G. Ended up disliking the pump. But I have nothing but praise for their wonderful customer service people. They were the best of the best.
Actually called a couple weeks ago and it was better, so might be improving.
