Hello! Last week I get my training I am 9 years old with diabetes type 1,I love this new system,we can sleep very well now in these days,because my glucose doesn’t go down in 120,my omnipod 5 smart divise stop the insulin automatically,thank you for the great information that you provided that helped me a lot, since when I got diagnosed last year,thank you again!
thanks for the other video on the generic insulin I contacted My health care provider and could pick up thursday currently im on levemere but with approval could switch to the semglee Thanks again My savings could be 350 dollars per 5 pen box!

I have the omnipod dash and dexcom 7 for about a year now and brought my A1c down from 11.8 to 5.5 in 4 months and it has remained at 5.5 for the last 9 months. Diet and exercise also played a big part - but those two items really make you aware of what food can do to your glucose. I'm type 2 btw. They just "upgraded" me to the omnipod 5 for some reason. Anyhow I got the intro kit but am going to wait until I use up the remaining 3 or four pods I still have for the dash before switching . Can't wait for the App to come out for the iphone so I will only need one controller.

Insurance coverage on this has been very frustrating for many of us. I ended up paying cash for now in order to get my son on it before school starts here in a month. We are currently on the Dash and it is covered. But like you said, it's the same price! Why not just switch over the coverage from Dash to 5? Our healthcare system in America is absurd and frankly dangerous.
As of right now, Samsung 21 and above models are not compatible as of yet and you have e to use the PDM they provide. If you have Apple, sorry, you are out of luck. As a heads up, the first couple of weeks will be stressful if you are already TIR is over 90%. The smart learning system gets better over time after the 4th or 5th pod change.
