This is one of the most underrated watches available imo . Passed most people by due to negativity that may stem a lot from the awful renders . In the metal yesterday so impressed . So well constructed looks fantastic in person , much more refined than it looks on video . Sunburst dials are superb , the shine is so clear and consistent, I have two Rolex with sunburst and I believe Tudor do this better . Selita movement is fine with me they tend to regulate so well and if you have a lot of in house I’m fine with a few selita.. may want to hold fire on selling again Sanjay, stick on your rational head if you have bought it 4 times probably best to place in the keeper box . This crazy habit can defy logic sometimes..😊
My friend, this is one of your better videos. Your story about this watch, along with watching you size the watch you're talking about, is a great combo.
why do people hate this? it's beautiful. it isn't really trying to be a datejust either. it's such good value and the 34mm is the PERFECT size for the style for men. you know sometimes I really enjoy loving things other people hate reflexively. its a good feeling, we should start a Royal fan club
Ahhhh, Sanjay - lovely, just lovely... I could have sworn I heard you say in a recent live stream that you were looking at the brown two tone... huh... anywho's, love following your habit, you're such a lovely soul!
Looks great. I have been wearing the black 38mm since it came out. I thought about selling seriously once for the same reason you did - acquisition - though I’m glad I decided against it. Being slightly larger in wrist than you, the 38 is proportional to me. I also like the directly cut in half 111 marking. It makes it for me. I also like black watches. It’s the most worn watch next to my bb58.
I first came across the blue dial version of the Royal but this silver on silver has won me over (I also have a Blue PRX so I mostly prefer watches that have Blue dials). Hopefully I'll be able to cop a Royal in the next 12-15 months and then after that move to one of my all time favourites the GMT II Batman
It looks beautiful. Do you think of it more of as a dress up or everyday watch? It seems like it would be pretty versatile and that silver color choice seems very appealing btw
Hello! Nice video I have a 38mm version and still can't find a comfortable position. Tried your hack too. I currently have seven links on the 7 o'clock side and 9 links on the opposite side. The clasp position under the palm seems pretty centred. However, the inner part of the clasp itself seems quite sharp. Irritates my hand (the part where it folds, near 6 o'clock) Have you had anything similar? Thank you.
Great video!! Do you recall how many links you took out when you had the 38 mm version? I have a 6.75 inch wrist and just got the blue 38 mm but found it was huge with all of its links!
@@engineer_wannabe after seeing this hack, I really want to try out the 34mm. Please help me, how does the 34mm royal comparing to PRX 35mm or Black bay 36 or Davosa 36? Is it too small? :)
This kind of adjustment, the AD is not willing to do it for me. They said it could not be able to remove the last link. I wish I could do as you without damaging my watch🥲
I came for a watch review and got words I needed to hear. Thanks for the message at the beginning.

People out on the street love it, just some watch dorks don't
Great video!! I purchased the blue dial version of the 34mm Tudor Royal. I love this watch!
I have a 17.5+cm wrist and enjoy my DJ36. A 34mm makes perfect sense for you! Good pickup 🎉
Thanks again, Curtis! You’re too kind!
34mm looks great. I've been considering it in two-tone with champagne dial for an oysterquartz vibe.

That's a very good looking watch of decent price. Seems to wear a big with the integrated bracelet.Doesn't look like a standard 38?
hi there, thanks for the sizing hack. i had no idea there was a springbar and was able to remove one extra link by doing so to get a good fit

Love this watch, I just can't decide whether I want this or the blue dial...
finally a watch for the size of your wrist, bravo! 👍🏽
Haha Many thanks, my friend!

Looks good. Great choice. Perfect size
That Tudor looks really good on your wrist Sanjay 😎! You have the wrist for some great vintage dress watches.
Thanks so much UWC!
I know!! it’s a scary rabbit hole that’s staring back at me 😅
looking proportionally awesome . How suprising 34mm look like 38mm. I think it wears almost same with DJ36.
That is such a perfect size for you. Really good looking.

Beautiful Tudor Sanjay wear it in great health 👍 👌
Looks perfect on your wrist!
Thanks so much, Matthew! You’re too kind! 🙂

Thank you.

Thanks R! 🙂
That message at the beginning was NEEDED.
How much did you get it for? were you able to get a discount?
What screwdriver do you use?
Is there a version with cheese?
THE Perfection ❤
Great video!!!
Your wife sounds awesome. She needs to review your collection 🍿
It's a wonderfull watch I think alot of woman's would give you a compliment if they see this watch.
Why does it get hate? I don’t get it.
Silver is beautiful❤
Beautiful watch ⌚👌
Great video! No unboxing! Yeah!!!!!!!
My wrist too small, have to remove 2 permanent links in order to wear it, but still not comfortable :(
Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that! 😞

Мені в цьому годиннику не подобаться що браслет до корпусу кріпиться двома тоненькими планками і застібка якась бюджетна
Love your watch
38 mm?
Move the watch down before the bone and remove one more link.
Nice!
34mm hum if it works for you Sanjay go for it. You can always give it to the wife if it doesn't work out.
Great point! 😝
Thank you my friend
36mm sería perfecto
Don’t be bully by your wife 😅.. nice watch!
Maybe get rid of the wife and keep the two tone instead?
Very funny gommen bro
