I disagree with pretty much all of links food quirks but the texture difference between scrambled eggs and omelette eggs are massive.
A French omelette has a closer texture to American scramble eggs. They are both soft and fluffy.
Watching Link describe eggs that were prepared for him by the special women in his life really hit home with me for some reason. It was a beautiful moment...

I 100% understand what Link is talking about. My dad makes some good scrambled eggs, but they're always a bit rubbery. My mom makes them reaaally soft. And most of the fast food places just have an egg pancake, which is always very fluffy!

Like the people who brag that everyone says their eggs are the best, and when they serve their cooked comestibles up to you , the eggs are just hard little pebble looking things that have no taste at all....yuck!
I do all the cooking in my house... My husband can't really cook anything at all but for some reason he makes the best scrambled eggs I've ever had.
My sister makes the best scramble eggs.. it's not rocket science but you can definitely mess them up.

Link, I was born and raised in Poland on other side of the ocean and my great grandma and my grandma made them just like yours, even the visual description. I never seen anyone else ever make them this way, that's crazy to me

The tall egg yold's: How did nobody think of egg size? In the U.S. I reckon they mostly use large eggs as a standard. In many other countries medium size eggs are the standard. They would have smaller yolks, too. Maybe even try a small egg.
