Link, try pomegranate juice for your cholesterol. I can’t take statins because I get myalgia so I started drinking a couple of swigs in the morning and a couple at night. In sixth months, without changing anything, my total cholesterol went down 80 points. Pomegranate juice is full of antioxidants so it couldn’t hurt to try it a few months before your next blood work.
"If you give us access you a can crusher, we can go three hours before anyone even thinks about doing anything else."- This is definitely a connection point for me to Rhett.
As a kid here on the west coast of Canada, getting whole nuts to crack was always a thing at Christmastime. We'd get the mixes that had hazel nuts, brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts, etc. Fond memories. :)
its very funny watching this and realizing growing up in Maine, we didn't have nutcrackers for nuts, we had nutcrackers for lobsters. Which is very funny, because no one around me ate lobster all that much
That squirrel nut cracker got me thinking about the Squirrel Nut Zippers, a swing band from the 90's. I paused this video and listened to a full album.
My husband used to keep a bowl of walnuts on his desk when we first moved in together. He had a very basic nutcracker, but he would usually just crack them with his hands. 😂
My great grandparents lived next to pecan trees and I remember cracking those- we live in Georgia. I definitely recognize that cracker that came after the squirrel one
I am genuinely shocked! Cashews are the most delicious nut in existence! Cashew butter is like pure gold and cashews are always more expensive than the other nuts and for a good reason.
Here I am sitting patiently *waiting* for someone to talk about grandma's dish full of nuts with the metal cracker in there. Nothing quite like those times choosing a nut and busting it right there at the table. I know what I just said and I'm still saying it: bring back busting nuts at the table.
I just watched a video on that fact and they did a study. Obviously they couldn’t talk but the guy would pick the head up and talk to it and the eyes would respond and look around and stuff
Yep I live in SC and all the stories they tell about NC is the same in SC. My memories as are almost identical every time they talk about their childhood ❤❤
My grandparents had the old fashion one mounted to the picnic table. We would do bucket full of pecans( that's, pe cans) no such thing as pecons. The old fashion one also had a rubber band version
Close, peanuts are a legume (the shell is the seed pod and they are the seed), so they are more closely related to beans than potatoes. They do grown in the roots, they just aren't tubers, which is what a potato is.
There have been a lot of comments about this supposed "camping trip" lately. I know it's a running joke, but like some of their jokes, they end up becoming real. So imma need them to actually go camping and film it
"If you separate yourself from your butthole, you can't do anything anymore" that's an all-time great quote
I feel we need a whole book of mythical quotes just like this
I definitely read this right as he said it

Wow, I hope he sees this suggestion
Taking this suggestion for myself. Thank you
May I ask if it's pure Pomegranate juice?
Tweet them this! Idk how often they check comments
also, crystals.
lmfao i love how they kept using the phrase "diminish the nut" 😆
It makes me wonder if they meant Demolished
@@alyssaaaaaa2793 that's exactly what they meant but they were referencing the review they read 😆
Link starting at 0:36 and finishing at 0:56 was a very accurate 20 second count
My grandfather used pliers to crack walnuts. He ate walnuts so much, he had pliers as part of his silverware at the table
also what i use for hazelnuts
Same.
Love this 😊🥰
Mine taught to cracking them with your hands buy crushing 2 together. At least one, sometimes both will break.
@@Sheridantank I usually just use both of my palms, near the wrist, if a nut is walnut is resilient.
But slamming one on a table usually works fine.
link absolutely obliterating the nut at 10:25 and then getting this disappointed look on his face was the funniest thing i've seen all day
I was so distracted by the cat nutcracker idea I had to go back and rewatch link lol
Man, those last two minutes of this more really shows you how fast things can turn in their conversations.
"If you give us access you a can crusher, we can go three hours before anyone even thinks about doing anything else."- This is definitely a connection point for me to Rhett.
Rhett testing all of the nutcrackers....while Link just keeps annihilating them with the slinky. I could watch this ALL DAY !!!
Rhett's face of pure disappointment at 7:04 is absolutely hilarious. All he wanted was an "undiminished nut".
I love that Rhett is continuing the episode and link is just playing with the one, most jarring nut cracker 😂
Can confirm, the walnuts I'm used to had a meaty husk around them that would turn blackish
So do hickory nuts and pecans. And they are all common in NC.
And it looked like a pig nose
Chestnuts have the outer husk as well.
@@crystalrose043 YES
It's almost as if nuts are similar. Hmmm
The disrespect on cashews will not be tolerated
Ikr it's so soft, such a great texture and taste, he must of had some bad cashews, roasted sea salted are the best
nah cashews are not good
Episode idea: Will it diminish the nut? But using everything but nutcrackers.
What?! There are people who don't like cashews? Cashews are like the best nut! (aside from pistachios)
FR. its like butter in a nut. Love me a mouthful that juicy nut butter.
Same!!
They are also my fav (next to pistachios as well)
They are a real treat. I'm happy there are people who don't; more for me.
@@werdle92 That's what she said
As a kid here on the west coast of Canada, getting whole nuts to crack was always a thing at Christmastime. We'd get the mixes that had hazel nuts, brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts, etc. Fond memories. :)
My mom used to have a dish shaped like a walnut. Definitely fond memories. I'm from Alberta Canada
My family kept a big bowl of undiminished nuts on the coffee table all through the Christmas season too. I’m also from AB. 🙂
We did the same thing here in Manitoba. Always a big bowl of mixed nuts to crack during the holidays.
I like making my own nut mixes. Mostly cashews and almonds. Some peanuts. Dried cherries. Good stuff.
You three really need to take that camping trip with the way you keep building it up
That would make an awesome skit!👍👍👍
3:12 "trees would nut" LMAO 😂
7:14 "yeah, it's like a nut game"
9:40 "it's not me, it's my cracker"
10:35 is the best one
its very funny watching this and realizing growing up in Maine, we didn't have nutcrackers for nuts, we had nutcrackers for lobsters. Which is very funny, because no one around me ate lobster all that much
My grandma has one like the starwars one. Its a wooden mushroom with a cavity you put the nut in and twist the top. It works very good
That squirrel nut cracker got me thinking about the Squirrel Nut Zippers, a swing band from the 90's. I paused this video and listened to a full album.
Also from NC
I was flinching with every nut Link cracked! I thought for sure he would injure himself or Rhett!
My husband used to keep a bowl of walnuts on his desk when we first moved in together. He had a very basic nutcracker, but he would usually just crack them with his hands. 😂
12:35 is the one my parents had! This brings back memories of cracking pecans from their pecan trees to make pecan pies for Thanksgiving. ❤😢😭
They should do their camping trip for a R&L Vlog. Maybe a three-part series on the channel.
I am offended. Cashews are *the* best nut. I will take no questions
I'm with you; cashews uber alles!
Can’t crack em in your kitchen though lol. My favorite is pecans ☺️
I agree. Cashews are the best. The rest are weirdly bitter
My great grandparents lived next to pecan trees and I remember cracking those- we live in Georgia. I definitely recognize that cracker that came after the squirrel one
I get the idea that it's probably a squirrel because its a nut cracker...but that first one looks more like a kangaroo lol
Link is crazy Cashews are great but too expensive!!!!
indeed they cost, but they are oh so good.
We used to have fights with horse chestnuts because the outside fleshy part has spikes and they really hurt getting hit by one.
Grew up in Iowa. A big platter of whole nuts was definitely a Christmas tradition. The tradition went away in the 80s.
Good Mythical morning beasts! Hope everyone has a great day!
I am genuinely shocked! Cashews are the most delicious nut in existence! Cashew butter is like pure gold and cashews are always more expensive than the other nuts and for a good reason.
Well I think they’re more expensive because they’re dangerous for the harvesters and require extra steps 😅 But I get your point
I know! Cashews are so delicious I was sad they dislike them so much.
Cashews are delicous. they are like nut butter. I like a big mouthful.
Taste and price aren't related, other than for people who are susceptible to the idea that more expensive means better.
I think you've gave yourself an idea for a more episode. Best can crusher
My favourite memories are around Christmas time with family and The Nutcrackers that we had with a big huge plate of assorted nuts
PLEASE. BRING. BACK. LET'S. PLAY.
I beg of you. Some of my biggest belly laughs ever.
I agree I have been addicted to rocket league ever since they played it!!! please bring back Lets Play!!!!!!
Here I am sitting patiently *waiting* for someone to talk about grandma's dish full of nuts with the metal cracker in there. Nothing quite like those times choosing a nut and busting it right there at the table. I know what I just said and I'm still saying it: bring back busting nuts at the table.
I thought this was the main gmm episode for today but then halfway in I noticed it was from good mythical more
Having a bowl of nuts in the holiday season must be a south thing because my family in Chesapeake did the same thing
12:05 "This is an act of violence!" Lmao
i can not stop watching Good Mythical More
I just watched a video on that fact and they did a study. Obviously they couldn’t talk but the guy would pick the head up and talk to it and the eyes would respond and look around and stuff
3:38 it's a walnut
I have a walnut tree in my back yard
That is hilarious I literally have the same squirrel nutcracker sitting on the table as we speak wow
Stuff made here created a gunpowder powered nutcracker. That's the most violent nutcracker. It crushes metal nuts for construction.
“This is like a game of thrones wiener smusher” - Link 2022
Isn’t that how Theon Greyjoy lost his?!? Lol
Walnut & other nut husks were commonly used in dyes back in ye' olden times.
I would LOVE a society quarterly item that’s a Mythical Randler Nut Cracker. ❤️❤️
I'm from South Georgia & we love pecans around here!
Used to have a can crusher at my grandma's, I loved that thing
My grandparents had one too
Link is crazy. Likes peanuts, dislikes cashews? Cashews are like deluxe peanuts.
My day, a nutcracker was a brick and a hammer.
"The trees would nut every other year"
Moment of silence* 😢
11:00 im sad they didnt call it "nut hole"
Link 2022- Cashew is my least favorite nut.
Link 2015- I’m not just a peanut butter lover, I’m an all butter lover
There's no correlation.
.....?
As someone who is also very picky about nut mixes, Winco or any other bulk store sells them so much cheaper so you can make your own mix!
Apparently Link was a 70 yearold woman back in the day .
Link has always been a 70 year old woman. Deep down, that man is an old lesbian.
Rhett channeling his inner Link for this MORE. XD Clumsyness all the way.
It’s 3:00am I never been awake for the premiere
My ex inlaws has a cracker like the last one Rhett used, freaking loved it. I'll have to have one I'm my work shop
I Want To See International Reese's Peanut Butter Cup? With the Darts
That ain't no squirrel. I agree Rhett, that's a cat.
My family used to do the nutcrackers for family events
12:55 the one Links grandma had seems like a torture device 😂😭
We are surrounded by walnut trees here in KY it's definitely us we are the one sitting around cracking a bunch of walnuts
cashews over walnuts any day! There's a reason why they call them walnuts - they taste like wood lol
Rhett.... you said "kids these days" 🤣🤣
Butternut tree. We had a huge one in my yard.
Brazil nuts. Very tough man. We had a lot of pecan trees in Oklahoma as well.
Yep peanuts are actually a root vegetable technically. As they grow identical to potatos
Close, peanuts are a legume (the shell is the seed pod and they are the seed), so they are more closely related to beans than potatoes. They do grown in the roots, they just aren't tubers, which is what a potato is.
“The talky stuff is here “ 😂😂😂
This is a sure fire way to get “nut gut”…. That feeling when you have definitely eaten too many nuts….
Every time i buy a container of peanuts....
on the Office , Mike gave Dwight a walnut nut cracker for Christmas . While giving him certain parts through the episode
I want that tie fighter nut cracker. But not for cracking nuts just because it looks cool and could be a great decoration.
Something about the way they say “butthole” really cracks me up
Just a little offended for cashews.
This episode made me go into anaphylactic shock
Those walnuts are not just in NC in Illinois they have em so I think it’s an east coast to mid west fruit but not past where it get dry
Should host a nut cracker Machine contest and have people build and send in nutcrackers for them to try
Now I just want to see an episode where you crush random stuff with a can crusher!
This was so relaxing and satisfying 😊
this was a strangely relaxing episode.
Peanuts and cashews are the best nuts though
In upstate South Carolina we also had a lot of pecan trees and ate a lot of pecans
There have been a lot of comments about this supposed "camping trip" lately. I know it's a running joke, but like some of their jokes, they end up becoming real. So imma need them to actually go camping and film it
the sike merch is my fave yall have ever done
Excuuuuuuse me!? Cashews happen to be my favorite nut (next to pistachios)
That slinky one looked dangerous especially if there was some alcohol involved.
Thanks for making me go down a rabbit hole reading about decapitation and consciousness…
When Rhett is talking about the sike hoodie😂😂😂
A peanut butter gmm and a nut gmmore..? My epipen is quaking
I remember also my grandfather sitting in his chair cracking walnuts and watching football
Rhetts face after the weird fact was the actual best.
from greensboro... we called walnuts stink bombs because when they started to rot they stunk.
The only time Rhett and Link will Bust Nuts on the Internet :-P
Omg 💀
i really want that nutcracker that Rhett was using.
rural indiana also has the green walnuts lol
