Link was so worried about the rogue spots of cream, and the whole time that one little blob was on his jacket.
Trademarking is such a weird thing. I have a small candle/apothecary shop called Li'l-Spooky-Soul Candle Co. and I had to sign a disclaimer that I did not own or claim ownership of the words candle and co., both together and separate, or they'd deny my application.
Being able to "own" words is such a wild concept to me. Capitalism at its finest.

DQ totally has that trademarked on their ice cream cones. My mom worked there when i was a kid and i remember one day she came home over it cause they all had to practice the Q on top till they got it right because cooperate was coming.

Dairy Queen was my first job and this show brings back so many memories. And YES the trademark Q on the top was a huge thing to get correct during training.

Alfonso has actually said that he got “the Carlton” from Courtney Cox, she did the move in a music video.

I worked at DQ in the early 1990s as a teenager and the first thing I learned to do was the trademarked curl on the top of a cone.

You know you watch too much copyright content when you know the reason why things would be or arent when the thing is announced. Like in the case of the Carlton dance while dances can be copyrightened, it requires more than a few simple moves which is why the Carlton did not succeed.
Plus the whole fact where he openly admitted he stole the dance to begin with from someone else. It’s not even his place to tried to do something about it when he stole it himself
You guys should do a fruit snack type of video, maybe taste test all the fruit snack brands see which is the best just a thought!

The amount of confusion between whether something's a "copyright" or a "trademark" in this episode is physically painful.
And I think a couple of these would hypothetically be patents.
