- Today on JD Cars we are finally upgrading the front bumper on our Jeep Wrangler JKU. The identical process applies to the Jeep Wrangler JK. This is very straight forward and rather easy installation which can be completed in a couple hours with minimal tools.
This bumper is only $245 SHIPPED! I honestly cannot believe how well built it is for such a low price.. definitely check out Vicious Off-Road!

New sub…. I just ordered that exact bumper. Not new to the wrangler life. Just picked up a 2014 jk 2 months ago . So far 2.5 aev lift 33” tires rubi rockslides and ace rockslides as well. Now it’s bumper time. I’m in New Hampshire if you ever go out n hit the trails I’d like to tag along if possible 👍🏻
If you still haven't bought a winch I highly recommend the smittybilt xrc 9500. It has been a great winch and can he picked it rather cheap if you watch for sales.

You obviously chose the simplest bumper they make on the easiest modle to hang a stubby. My Comanche will require flare and wheel well trim to install the one I just ordered and I dam sure didn't pay under $250 or get the one wanted with hoops and led lights in it because the wanted ( best price was$551 bucks).It's a full bumper. Not a stubby. Bought it from savage for $418 and tax. I wish I got the LEDs and a skid plate. I'm a metal fabricators and don't think I'm seeing enough weight in the mounting brackets to even approach the exerted load of even the rated strength if the D rings let alone a 9500 or 12000 lb winch. Should have mine delivered in 2 days and allready feel ripped. Bought from Savage. Watching this video has instilled buyers remorse in me. I'm 80 with no shop anymore or I would have built my own like I I have ALLWAYS. The one on my Toyota crawler was tested by hooking a bridal to the two d rings and lifting it into the air and bouncing it with a Tohatsu excavator. I don't for a second believe that bumper would pass that test. If it won't loading it with a 12000 lb winch would just rip it off. After close inspection of the mounting design and brackets I will likely return it and build my own. With $480 I can buy enough material to build ,4 of them that will pas load tests. Nicely done demonstration. Dandahermit.

Watched your videos and they are well explained live them...but I went and follow your links to the bumpers they do not seem to work....I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport JK unlimited 4 doors same as yours. I love your set and want to try to do the same or similar but did not find them??????
Thanks! And I'm sorry the bumpers are no longer available. We've since switched to Rough Country bumpers and would highly recommend them. Higher quality in many ways
Would a pair of aftermarket fog lights fit in the fog light housing?

I'm sure it is possible. I haven't done it yet myself so I'm not sure how it would be.

I think so, but I really couldn't say for sure.

Very little visible rust- only in places I’ve heavily bashed on rocks
funny I have the same MKW M84 rims
Eag customer service sucks so does there bumpers bought one with a tire carrier for my 01 jeep Cherokee i had fitment problems for day one after lots of fab work got it how i need it but i would never suggest buying a eag bumper go Smitty built
