Im loving the viggen. Something that will definitely help you with those ground units is to bind the brightness and contrast of that sight to your keyboard arrow keys. If you turn it down just a little with a tiny bit more contrast, thoss targets really pop. Great video!

What reshade settings do you use? Your game looks so vibrant! Or is this done during editing?
I’ll give you better answer later but I do use reshade with boosting the vibrance, contrast and definitely boost the sharpen settings. All this allows me to not bother with color correcting in post.

AMAZING vid as always, love the viggen and would love to play on enigmas server, but because i live in britain the ping is too high to play really, and unfortunately i havent found any other cold war pvp alternatives yet, with that being said i love the viggens campaigns too so i have fun with that 😅
Sounds good, I'm sorry to hear that your ping is too high to play. Maybe in the future something will come up in your area.
Might still be worth a shot from GB. There's quite a few of us that play on ECW from Australia and it's very playable even with 200+ ping.
@@kennylippiatt honestly i find that when i play it, the ping isnt actually too unmanageable, but the lag i get is pretty impressive, a solid 10-15 fps most of the time. whereas on other servers i get at least 30-40 if not more. recently got a new ssd and currently got dcs on a harddrive so maybe its just not able to load the things it needs to fast enough 🤷

BTW, your colors are a bit different. Are you doing post processing when editing your videos or are you using reshade?
I have reshade on…. I also got a new PC which changed the colors around. Still tweaking it as I make more. How does it look on your end? I have a bad habit of boosting the vibrance up a little too much

@@rolliepollie6546 I believe it does… I find the sharpen tool setting really helps because I find DCS seems to be a little fuzzy

yo random question about the viggen. How do u get f10 waypoints on the data cartridge to show up on the kneeboard? Also really good quality vid idk why u only 944 subs

He took a little longer getting off the deck as the usual thrust is stage 2 burner for take-off's. I do like you though, full stage 3 and get the hell in the air!

you comment on stay low so you blend in with the textures making it hard for the enemy to spot you, how every you seem to have no problem spotting the low flying targets.
Nice use of the Viggen, a plane I own and want to fly but never get round to doing it.
It is true to some extent that it's hard to see targets that blend to the ground making them harder to see.
On my part, I seem to have no problem spotting the low flying targets. mainly because practice makes perfect. LOL 😁 NOTE: NOT 100% perfect

What hotas do you have?
During this and past DCS videos. I’ve bin using the Logitech x52 pro. Got it maybe 6 to 8 months and I’m not a big fan. A good 1/3 of the buttons don’t work on DCS and it’s an outdated product, but I’m making the best of it until I get my Virpil setup (review video coming in the future)
