Once or twice, cycle it with other FOLLOW ME workouts that hit other muscle groups, try to staying evenly balanced with the muscles you are training throughout the week 👍
This was 😢 starting with a running for 30min 2.46 mi with training mask on level 2 zone 1 then this workout to finish off with a 40 lb weight vest no go ! Yes I keep on the mask 😷 😂!
