I’m a 63 yr old Frmr Marine, and my hat’s off to you. I had a quadruple bypass last Thanksgiving, and I’m going to commit to building up to this workout.
I'm in my early 60's and somewhat fit and i was shocked i was able to do most of these exercises but without the added weight and wasn't able to do all nonstop within the allotted time period but then again i'm not in my 20's or 30's lol. i found it to be somewhat fun and hard to find an excuse not to do them. thanks keep up tyhe good work

What workout timer is that in the video? I hate having to look at a clock or timer and the audible beeps as you approach the stop or start time would be great.
