Iran didn't claim Nevatim Airbase was destroyed. The claim was, it was hit multiple times(no doubt) and also 20 F-35s was destroyed. I don't believe 20 F-35 was destroyed myself due to lack of evidence. However, you miss the point of the missile attack. The first attack back in april showed that drones and missiles were intercepted apart from the few hypersonic missiles. This second ballistic missile attack, which comprised of purely hypersonic missiles, showed that Israel can be hit and the air defence can't intercept the majority of them. Nevatim airbase can be struck again with either more missiles or higher yield warhead for stronger explosive damage. I see the two attack events as a test for Iranian ballistic missiles, and it undoubtedly showed it works and can hit Israel anywhere.
Yes, to a degree, you are correct in the sense that they showed that they are able to reach out and touch Israel, however, with the idea that they can now continue to follow up with larger attacks to oversaturate them or with larger, warhead, etc., while they may be able to to attempt that that does not taken into consideration, the retaliatory measures that will be taken against them, which would no doubt affect the capabilities and caused them to potentially think twice
Air defense is more complicated than "did any missiles land and was there damage anything". I too would prefer to let a percentage of the missiles land on a evacuated air base and keep missiles in reserve. There isn't a reason to prevent damage to dirt and to a runway that can be repaired quickly at the expense of readiness. If it appeared that the attacks were going to be bigger than the recent attacks it will take time to launch them all. Hours. In the time it takes to launch enough missiles to saturate the air defense Israel can launch fighters and attack launchers. There is no such thing as such a simple "they launched 180 missiles and a bunch landed". Targets matter, the potential for damage matters, etc. Iran simply doesn't appear to have a reasonable arsenal for doing anything other than random terroristic damage to civilians. Who knows how many missiles would've need to have been launched to actually take out nevatim.
@@LizardFrostyIran has several hundreds of thousands of missiles in Iranian arsenal and are all underground prepared against US and not even Israel who Hezbollah can handle 1 vs 1 on the ground. This is what Binkov did not consider hence flawed analysis and even then a 30cm crater/damages on commercial imagery will be a single dot that may not discolor from surrounding for it to be noticeable. Below 30cm diameter such will not be highlighted/captured on commercial imagery, anything smaller than 10 to 15 cm on military satellites will also not be present even as a dot/pixel.

This airbase costs billions and it is an Engineering Marble. It cannot be destroyed by conventional strike like that. There were no reported or observable fires or secondary explosions, indicating burning airplanes, blown munition dumps and fuel storage facilities. And holes in runways and taxi ways were patched within a couple of hours. They are equipped and trained exactly for such eventualities
@@adesholamolaimi8418 Are you joking?? Where is the damage? You are the one who is deceiving yourself. Hypersonic missile is fast but speed alone does not cause severe damage especially if it hits nothing but dirt or concrete. Look at the satellite images. But in this case, there is NONE. You are just fooling yourself. 🤣
Any suggestion that the airbase is destroyed, or suggestions of multiple F-35s are destroyed are definitely propaganda. But i dont think the point of the attack was to level Nevatim. The point was to demonstrate capabilities, and remind israel that their ballistic missile defenses are not stopping a massed barrage
I agree. I think that's why we haven't seen a response from Israel yet. I think Bibi is probably pissed, but he also saw that at least 25% or more of the missiles came through, despite attempts to stop them. What if Iran increased it from 180 to 360 missiles? Or 1000 missiles? And what if they learn how to target better next time? Not only will more missiles make it through just because of the numbers, but interception rate will likely decrease as they run out of interceptors and/or they can't launch fast enough.

Israel has 66 various F-15s and 175 F-16s (in addition to their F-35 fleet), all of which are extremely capable ground strike platforms. The proposition that the destruction of 20 F-35s would have any degrading impact on Israel's ability to perform ground strikes in the region isn't supported by the data. Furthermore, Hezbollah has neither the air defense technology nor the air superiority assets to make employment of stealth technology a necessity.
@@seitengewehr98 that’s interesting I suppose. @@carveraugustus3840 Lol, I'm going to have to ask your forgiveness here: Given the overwhelming number of comments promoting the Iran/Russian narrative without question, it apparently went right over my head that you may have been employing sarcasm... You are right, of course. If you're interested for some crazy reason, I did just comment a ridiculously long analysis of what I consider the likely intent behind Iran's most recent strike like 15 mins ago on this video. I do have a military background, so I'm not completely talking out of my ass. Essentially, I believe Iran chose targets that represent the best of western tech, but whose destruction cannot be publicly verified to allow them plausible deniability if they miss. In this way they are seen responding to Israel's repeated strikes on the leadership and forces of Iranian proxies with what appears a more successful operation than their first and can claim success, but it also allows Israel to deny success and possibly reduce the likelihood of a large complex, western-backed Israeli response. Eastern powers, such as Russia or Iran, seem to care much more about some antiquated concept of "saving face" when it comes to the application of military power, to such an extent that they would rather lie and call a failure a success than admit the failure, study it, and adjust posture and policy accordingly. This is often the case in oppressive regimes where dictators need to appear tough and require the support of their military to remain in power, and their people have become accustomed to telling the leadership what they want to hear as opposed to a truth that threatens the leaders power. They talk a big game, whereas we talk softly, but carry a big stick. They consistently overstate the performance of their munitions and equipment, while we do the exact opposite. We then design our equipment to outmatch the performance they don't even have, and the result is something like Desert Storm or the 6 day war.
I live close to Nevatim air base and there hasn't been any noticeable decrease in air traffic. Not sure if that means anything or not, but it just seems normal here.
@@Iove75 Sure, the aim wasn't to neutralise the base. That would force Israel into serious eskalation. But the claim that they destroyed f-35 reveals what was likely the objective.
Iran never claimed that they destroyed the Nevatime base or any other base. They just announced that 80 to 90 percent of the missiles hit their targets. If the targets mainly were air bases, then just hitting the airbase validates Iran's claim. However, if you count the missiles landing on one base, I could count 32 hits visible by video. The main point here is that Israel's missile defense system is not effective against some missiles or a swarm of rockets or missiles. The most sophisticated and accurate missiles have a success rate of 75% or lower. This means 4 missiles shall be fired toward the target, hoping that 3 are on the target. 70 or 75 percent is an average number. Sometimes the success rate is 100 percent, and other times could be 20%. There are many parameters influencing the success target hit or miss or just plain missile failure.
Ted Postol says the interception rate was closer to 0%. I'm inclined to believe him. I saw just a couple of interceptions on the videos and quite a lot of interceptor missiles exploding and failing to hit anything.
you failed to take into account some important facts. Israel choose to not intercept missiles that were not going to hit anything important. the vest majority of missile landing were allowed to land. also, much easier reply concrete runways then spending a million buck arrow-3 interceptors that also take time to make, and probably going to be needed in the near future in large quantities.
@@Shelorygod it was effective enough if the goal was to show the fragility of the dome. Which i think was the end goal. This was basically a flex, proving they can more than likely attack with the intention to destroy something if there's escalation in the future. @@yairklein-mp8vo The Iron Dome is the only layer of missile defence that can employ predicted-path to conserve missiles, and Iron Dome was never intended to deal with this class of ballistic missile. BTW, if the radar track shows that the incoming missile is going to hit inside the perimeter of the air base then it has to attempt an intercept, since the Iron Dome battery isn't going to know where all the planes are located at any given time.
Iran is under no obligation to publish such images. Nor are they required to. Hell, Israel didn't publish any either. It's war. This is how the fog of war works.
Israel didnt even want the sat footage out lmao they claimed no damage to the base and most missiles intercepted. wasnt until videos and sat pics came out confirming damage.
Also, Israel systems make a preliminary assessment of the ballistic missile trajectory. If the trajectory indicates an impact outside of a protected area, they do not bother wasting a missile for an intercept.

4:18 Notice there is no charring evident in the crater or on the vehicles surrounding it. Iran may have left out some of the warheads (weight) to increase the range and relied just on the kinetic impact at hypersonic re-entry speed
doubt that, the explosions were all recorded in multiple videos, and the booms were loud. but it is possible that some of the damage was caused by debris nstead of actually hits.
High explosives warheads don't burn things, unless they ignite some fuel source. There's a quick detonation, a fireball for about a quarter of a second, and then it fades away. There isn't nearly enough time for the temperature to burn anything, and it isn't nearly hot enough for the short time frame to burn anything
The thing is Iran don't too much care about what was damaged from what wasn't damaged. The fact is it worked to some degree as they showed that they can beat the defense system of any nation by swarming it. So trying to downplay the hits impacts etc isn't cutting it. As they could hv targeted civilian areas. Showing they are only about military to military contact Israel saw this. That's why unlike the first attack they took 3 days to respond now that they wake up they are taking forever to respond

Well stated response.
I agree. I think that's why we haven't seen a response from Israel yet. lol yes air base destroyed. That’s why Lebanon is free from a intense air campaign currently
I feel like the loss of so many of your best fighters would naturally inhibit any air operations you would launch or continue in the weeks going forward.

It should be noted that Israel wasn't the only one shooting down missiles. The US has claimed multiple missile interceptions.
Yeah, they destroyed 190 out of the 180.
Last I checked, the us was still not saying if they actually hit anything. Just that they responded
Did you watch the video? Binkov states the USA and Jordan intercepted some missiles.
Their attack even if it was successful at hitting their targets want that effective...
you failed to take into account some important facts.
@@Leosteel. not so true, US did finance some huge amount but IL pays $2.75 billion for 20 F35, Lockheed Martin said it would buy parts and systems for the F-35 from Israeli companies at a cost of $4 billion. Its a market, not everything is BLACK AND WHITE.

bots battlegrounds
the Iranian bots are more impressive than their missiles and air force, that's for sure.
You must be on the right side of history Binkov since all the evil in the world is sending their bots to invade your comments :D
Good work! And very nice video!
ye keep support satanahyu😂😂😂
Lol, Iran ideologues in full cope mode
The fact is the airbase was hit and it took serious damage. They have released high resolution satellite images and you can clearly see damage done to hangars and parking bays. You see undamaged aircraft on some of these bays, but they have clearly been placed there after the wreckage of damaged aircraft has been removed.
@@SL92018 These people are clinically insane, so no arguments or proofs will work with them.
And f15,f35 still flying above Lebanon right now....🤭
Its not confirmed until they officially denied it
In 1990 Saddam Husein, fired 39 Missile on Israel, back then Israel said that no one was injured.. After 30 years they revealed that 120 person were killed.. Just idiots believe them!
The cinematics are amazing.

Its actually good that they think they did something when they barely did anything😂now they’ll do more rash decisions and walk deeper into shit
"I'm gonna play the devil's advocate" when referring to one side of the conflict, this alone makes the video a piece of propaganda rather than an objective analysis and the credibility of the entire channel now is questionable.
Binkov is an important analyst and has credibility that matches his caricature.
his credibility is his paycheck he recieves by bootlicking the ZIos.
Can you make up a story about why Devilnyahu's promise to attack Iran within 48 hours has not been carried out until now?
No one claimed believes it was a complete destruction.
Iran never intended to do major damage.
It was to send a message: We CAN touch you.

@flipper184 ah we have a terrorist supporting terrorist tactics here.
Iran has stated they don't have the intention to engage in an all out war unlike Israel that has been acting with complete impunity wreaking havoc everywhere. This Iranian attack was a statement similar to the one in April where they provided 72 hours notice. Although with this one they sought to make a stronger point.
